horizoom-Panel: who can join, how points and payout work, and cashback
horizoom-Panel is a survey panel from Berlin. Members answer online surveys from market and opinion research institutes, universities and companies, and earn points that can be paid out or donated. There is no product and no delivery here. What matters is who can join, how the points work and how payout is handled. One point first: the panel is for people who live in Germany.
Who can join
According to the FAQ you have to live in Germany and be at least 14 years old. Minors need the consent of a parent or guardian. The site is in German, so it is aimed at residents of Germany, and readers in the UK or the US cannot rely on joining from abroad. Membership is free and can be ended at any time.
Registration
You click Registrieren on the home page and enter your email address. The panel sends a confirmation email (double opt-in). Right after that comes the welcome survey "Das bin ich" ("This is me"), where you fill in your profile. Only after confirmation, profile and welcome survey can you be invited to surveys. A free app exists for iOS and Android, and invitations arrive there as push messages, so you get fewer emails.
Surveys and points
A survey usually takes between 1 and 20 minutes, and the invitation shows the exact length. Registered members normally get several invitations per week, depending on which target group is being surveyed. On average a study pays about 100 points, and 1,000 points always equal 10 euros. After a completed survey you choose between a reward focused on points, one focused on draw tickets, or a mix. You also get 2 tickets for every completed survey. If a survey ends early, for instance because you are not in the target group or the quota is full, you receive 5 points and 3 tickets.
Incomplete or abandoned surveys do not count, and neither do those that fail a quality check. If a credit is missing despite full participation, it is added afterwards once the project is closed, usually within 14 days.
Payout and rewards
The reward shop offers bank transfer to an IBAN, vouchers from many providers and donations. For a transfer or voucher you need at least 1,000 points, for a donation at least 500 points. According to the FAQ, PayPal and Amazon are not offered at the moment. A bank transfer can take up to 7 working days.
Draw tickets
Besides points you collect draw tickets, including daily tickets, bonus tickets and level-ups. Each month the panel raffles 1,000 euros at no cost to members, with a top prize of 100 euros and many smaller ones, plus prizes in kind worth about 1,000 euros. Tickets expire with the draw at the end of the month.

Using cashback
Open the horizoom page at daily cashback, where the current rate ($2.8) and the latest offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the button and register as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once horizoom has reported the sign-up. The shop page states which action counts.
Practical tips
- Fill in your profile completely and truthfully, since invitations depend on it.
- If no confirmation email arrives, check the address for typos and the spam folder.
- Finish the sign-up in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
