Foot-Store: shipping costs by country, delivery time and returns
Foot-Store is a football and sports shop run by the French company Spacefoot SAS. It sells boots, club kits, training wear and equipment, and its German site ships to a long list of European countries. The delivery page prices every country separately, so the cost depends heavily on where you live. Here is what the shop states for shipping, returns and payment.
Countries and shipping costs
The shop lists around 40 destinations, from Germany, Austria and France to Ireland, Greece, Turkey and the United Kingdom. The United States is not on that list. Shipping is charged per country and carrier, and the amounts below are the ones shown on the delivery page.
- Germany: shipping 7.99 € with Hermès, or 8.49 € to a DHL pickup point
- Austria: shipping 12.99 € with DPD, or 11.49 € to a DPD pickup point
- France: shipping from 6.49 € to a pickup point up to 13.99 € for Chronopost express
- Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Spain: shipping between 6.99 € and 8.99 € depending on carrier and pickup point
- Ireland: shipping 13.99 €
- United Kingdom: shipping 21.07 € with FedEx
- Switzerland: shipping 19.06 € with FedEx
- Sweden 18.54 €, Denmark 13.38 €, Poland 12.11 €, Hungary 11.78 €: shipping per order
- Many Balkan, Baltic and southern countries: flat shipping of 25.99 €
Some bulky or heavy items add extra shipping costs. These are calculated automatically at checkout and added to the standard price.
How long delivery takes
Orders must be placed by 3 pm Central European Time to be handled that day. Preparing an order takes 1 to 2 working days, and delivery takes 2 to 6 working days. Each product page shows its own dispatch time under the add to basket button, and the time can change with the size you pick. In France, Chronopost orders placed Monday to Thursday before 3 pm can arrive the next day.
You can also have a parcel sent to a pickup or locker point. You collect it with an ID and the tracking number from the carrier email.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receipt to start a return. Items must be in the original packaging with the tags still attached, unworn and clean. Personalised products such as flocked shirts, and skis with mounted bindings, cannot be returned or exchanged. You start the return in your account or through the link on the returns page and name the reason.
Return shipping is your cost. If the item is faulty or wrong, and customer service agrees, you get a prepaid label. After your request is accepted you have 15 days to send the parcel to the return address in France. The refund follows within 14 days of the shop learning of your withdrawal, and you can choose the original payment method or store credit valid for 12 months. Foot-Store does not exchange sizes directly: you return the first item and place a new order.
Payment
The payment page names bank transfer, Klarna, bank card, Apple Pay and PayPal. Which methods appear depends on your billing country, and checkout shows the ones open to you. Prices are shown in euros.

Using cashback
Open the Foot-Store page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the latest offers are listed, and press the shop button. Then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Foot-Store has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Practical tips
- Outside Germany, compare shipping for one larger order against two small ones, since the fee is charged per order.
- Check the dispatch time under the basket button before you choose a size.
- Keep tags on boots and shirts until you are sure, because returns need them.
