You can send back new and gently used products up to 30 days after you receive them and get the full price refunded to your original payment method. Returns made 31 to 60 days after receipt earn store credit, and after 61 days eCosmetics accepts nothing. Hygiene items such as personal care products only go back unopened and sealed. You ask customer care for a return label, and processing can take up to two weeks.
Dermstore: shipping, returns and rewards
Dermstore ships only inside the United States; it does not send to freight forwarders. Its return window is 60 days from receipt, for items in pristine condition: unopened, unused and with seals intact. Refunds come within about five working days after the parcel arrives, and the shipping fee is not refunded. A refused package costs a $15 service charge, and shipping is not refunded either. Dermstore offers no exchanges, so you return and reorder.
Dermstore Rewards give points on purchases, 100 points for completing your profile and 50 points per review. Points expire 365 days after you earn them and can be used on any product. Dermstore also has an Auto-Replenishment service for repeat deliveries every one to four months, with free shipping on subscription orders that meet the $50 minimum.

eCosmetics runs ePoint Rewards: one point per dollar spent, redeemable from 500 points at checkout. Dermstore says promo codes cannot be combined with other offers and exclude sale items, and a code cannot be stacked on subscription discounts.
