Craft Buddy delivery guide: UK and worldwide shipping, returns and cashback
Craft Buddy sells craft kits such as Crystal Art, paint by numbers and papercrafting, along with licensed ranges and gifts. The shop is based in the UK and ships to a longer list of countries than you might expect. If you buy from the UK or from abroad, the useful details are the delivery times per region, how duties are handled and who pays when something goes back. The information below comes from the delivery options page and the refund policy of craftbuddyshop.com. Both can change, so the checkout is the final reference.
Delivery within the UK
Craft Buddy delivers to all UK addresses, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. UK Standard Tracked takes an estimated 2 to 4 working days, UK Premium Tracked 1 to 2 working days, and both are delivered by Royal Mail. Free UK Standard Tracked delivery is available on orders of £35 or more. Orders under that amount pay for shipping, and the exact charge appears at checkout.
Delivery abroad
The shop lists these destinations: Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, the Netherlands, Austria, Greece, Malta and Poland in Europe, the USA and Canada in North America, and Australia and Mexico. If your country is not listed, contact customer service and the team confirms whether delivery is possible. Estimated international delivery times are:
- Europe: 5 to 7 working days
- USA and Canada: 7 to 10 working days
- Australia and Mexico: 5 to 10 working days
These are estimates, and busy periods, public holidays or customs processing can add time. International orders go with tracked courier services chosen by destination, parcel size and service. The dispatch email names the carrier and gives the tracking link. What shipping costs depends on destination, parcel size and the service you pick, and the available options with prices appear at checkout before you pay.

Customs and import taxes
For orders delivered to the USA, duties are calculated and collected at checkout. For other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges may apply. When they are not collected at checkout, the recipient may have to pay them before delivery.
Pre-orders and custom kits
Custom Crystal Art kits normally take about 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. If one basket holds both in-stock items and pre-order items, the whole order usually ships together once the pre-order item is available. Place separate orders if you want the in-stock products sooner.
Returns and refunds
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you get a full refund and Craft Buddy covers the return shipping. Contact the shop first at [email protected]. For a change of mind, the shop offers a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you in that case. Please do not send anything back before you have contacted the shop, because returns sent without prior contact may delay the refund. Pack the parcel securely and add a note with your order number, your name and the reason. Custom Crystal Art kits are excluded from refunds.
Using cashback
Open the Craft Buddy page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once Craft Buddy has reported the order. A returned item is deducted again.
Practical tips
- If your UK basket is a few pounds short of £35, compare the shipping charge with the price of one more kit. A kit you return does not count for the cashback.
- Order custom kits early for gifts, since they take 2 to 4 weeks.
- Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you shop. A later click can replace the first one, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
