Buying tyres at Pneumatici.it: delivery by seller, payment, withdrawal and cashback
Pneumatici.it is the Italian tyre site of the TyresNET group. It is both a price comparison and a marketplace for car, motorcycle, van and truck tyres, rims, oils and accessories. The site is in Italian and aimed at buyers in Italy. Because the offers come from many sellers, delivery and payment terms are not the same on every offer. This guide explains what the site's own FAQ and returns page say.
How buying works
The site describes itself as a platform that compares prices of numerous retailers for tyres, rims and accessories. After you choose a product you have two routes. You can click through to the seller's website and order there, or, if the seller is part of the marketplace, add the product to the cart and order on pneumatici.it. In the second case you deal with the seller directly after the order. The order confirmation email and the shop information section list the seller's contact details.
The tyre selector asks for vehicle type, tyre type and the size as width, height and diameter. Results can then be filtered by price, brand, seller, reviews and price category.
Delivery and shipping costs
Every seller listed on the site offers its own delivery options, so shipping prices and times differ per offer. The product page shows the shipping cost next to each offer. If you order in the cart on pneumatici.it, the payment and delivery rules of each seller are shown in the cart. If you click through to a partner, the delivery policy is on the seller's website, usually in the top or bottom menu. The FAQ adds that pneumatici.it takes no transport risk: the seller is responsible for your order, including problems during delivery.
After your order, you land on a thank-you page and receive a confirmation email with an 8-digit order number. With it you can follow the status, which shows order date, status, payment date, release date, carrier name and tracking number.

Withdrawal and returns
The returns page gives a right of withdrawal of two weeks from delivery, without giving a reason. You tell the shop in writing, for example by email, or you return the goods. After the withdrawal, the payments you made are refunded within fourteen days of the notice, including standard delivery costs. TyresNET GmbH, Amalienstr. 71, 80799 Munich, Germany, is named as the address for the withdrawal, and the page says the costs of returning the goods are borne by the shop. If a returned item is damaged, you may have to pay for the loss in value.
Two exceptions apply under the EU consumer directive. Complete wheels that are put together to your individual choice cannot be withdrawn. And if you choose the option with fitting included and the partner has already fitted the goods, the right of withdrawal ends at the installation.
Contact
For an order you placed, use the contact form on the site or the email address in your order confirmation. For anything about delivery or a damaged parcel, the seller named in the confirmation is the first contact.
Using cashback
Open the Pneumatici.it page at daily cashback, where the current rate is shown (up to 2%). Press the shop button, then pick your tyres and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A click on another cashback or voucher site in the same visit can replace the first one.

- Decide on fitting before you order, because fitting included ends the withdrawal right once the tyres are mounted.
