iRobot Europe: delivery, returns and warranty by country shop
iRobot sells Roomba robot vacuums, Braava mops, accessories and bundles through its own country shops in Europe. This guide follows the UK shop at irobot.co.uk and the German shop at irobot.de and covers delivery, returns, warranty and payment.
Which countries iRobot delivers to
There is one iRobot shop per country, and each has its own shipping page. These exist for the United Kingdom (irobot.co.uk), Germany (irobot.de), Austria (irobot.at), Belgium (irobot.be), France (irobot.fr), Ireland (irobot.ie), the Netherlands (irobot.nl), Portugal (irobot.pt) and Spain (irobot.es). The terms of sale say the sites are intended for people resident in the country concerned, so order from the shop of the country you live in and use an address there.
Delivery costs and times
Shipping is free on all robot orders and on any order over 50 pounds in the UK shop (50 euros in the euro shops). Smaller orders pay 6.50 pounds in the UK or 6.50 euros in the euro shops. The checkout adds the cost before you pay.
The warehouse usually takes 1 to 2 business days to process an order, then hands it to UPS. Standard delivery takes about 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM. In busy periods it can slip by a few days. If nobody is home, the parcel goes to the nearest UPS Access Point. Parcels not collected within 14 days go back to iRobot, which then contacts you about a resend or refund.
The shipping page warns that delivery to addresses outside the mainland, or to postcodes that include an island, may not be possible. Batteries ship within mainland regions only. The checkout tells you if a product cannot go to your address.
Returns and cancellation
You can cancel a contract within 30 days, starting the day after you receive the products, and get a full refund of the price paid. That 30-day right sits on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. You tell iRobot in writing or through the form on the site, receive an RMA number, and send the product back within 14 days of telling them. Refunds for a cancellation are processed within 14 days of your notice, unless the goods have not yet arrived back. Other refunds, such as for a defective item, follow once iRobot has examined the return.
- Return the product in good condition, ideally in its original box and with every accessory.
- If a robot arrives damaged or faulty, contact customer care within 30 days of delivery.
- The German terms exclude consumables such as cleaning solution, which are unsuitable for return by nature, from the contractual return right.
Warranty and payment
New products carry a limited warranty of two years from the purchase date, covering defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover batteries, accessories or consumables such as filters, brushes, bags and cleaning pads. The warranty applies in the country where you bought the product and sits alongside your statutory rights. The terms of sale state that payment must be by credit or debit card, using the payment options shown on the site. On irobot.de the terms also list PayPal, Klarna and direct debit.

How cashback works
Open the iRobot page at daily cashback, where the current rate is up to 2%. Press the shop button and order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending first and becomes confirmed once iRobot has reported the order. If you return a product, the amount for it is deducted. Current offers and discounts are listed on the shop page, and we check them daily.
Practical tips
- Pick the iRobot shop of your own country before you add anything to the basket.
- Keep the box until you are happy with the robot.
- Finish the order in one visit, with the ad blocker off and other cashback sites closed.
