Because many pieces are made after you order, the delivery clock starts with production, not with payment. Production first, then shipping
The shop quotes processing times by order type. Items that are not personalized and ready to ship take 1 business day. Standard personalized orders, which means printed or simple embroidered items, take 1 to 2 business days. Complex personalized orders with hand embroidery or intricate designs take 3 to 5 business days. Highly customized orders with unique design requirements take 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time and shipping cost
Most orders go with Standard Shipping. After production, delivery takes 4 to 7 business days within the US and 5 to 10 business days for international orders. Shipping costs $6.95 on orders within the US. Outside the US the shipping cost depends on your address and the number of items. Carriers named by the shop are USPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Australia Post and other local carriers. Express shipping has to be arranged through the Modify or Cancel Order Center.
A tracking number is emailed when the order is dispatched. Standard shipping arrives on time for more than 97 percent of parcels, according to the shop. Late delivery can come from a wrong address, a missing apartment or unit number, severe weather or international customs procedures, so enter the full address including the postal code. Returns, exchanges and defects

If an item arrives damaged or develops a defect within 3 months of delivery, send a photo and your receipt to the same address within 7 days of delivery.
