Shopping at Rasendoktor: shipping to Germany and Austria, returns and cashback

Delivery time

Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you or a person you name receives the goods. Tell the shop in writing, by email or by phone, or use the withdrawal function in the footer of the website. You pay the return postage yourself. The refund goes back to the payment method you used, within 14 days after your notice arrives. Some goods are excluded, for instance products that spoil quickly, sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, and goods that were mixed with other items after delivery. Payment
The shop lists bank transfer in advance, credit card through mPAY24, PayPal, Klarna (Sofortueberweisung), Amazon Pay and Apple Pay. With advance payment the order ships only after the money has arrived.

In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the purchase. If you return goods, the cashback for those items is deducted again.
