Ordering from Made in Paradis: shipping by country, returns and cashback
Made in Paradis is a French online shop for women's fashion, shoes, lingerie and sportswear. It belongs to the SPACEFOOT SAS group, with its returns centre in Montlouis-sur-Loire. The shipping page lists prices for around 40 countries, so you can see before you start what a parcel to your address costs. The page is in French, and this guide sums it up in English.
Shipping prices by country
Prices depend on the destination and on the carrier you pick at checkout. In most countries pickup point delivery is a little cheaper than home delivery, Germany being the exception. A few examples from the shipping page:

Greece costs €21.99, Liechtenstein €26.48, and many other European countries from Albania to Turkey are listed at €25.99 shipping. In France, express delivery with Chronopost costs €13.99 for next-day delivery before 6 pm if you order before 3 pm Monday to Thursday. Heavy or bulky items can add extra delivery fees, which appear in the delivery step of checkout.
Processing and delivery time
The order cut-off is 3 pm Paris time. Processing takes 1 to 2 working days, and transit takes 1 to 5 working days. The delivery time of each product is shown on the product page under the add to basket button, and it can change with the size you select. For pickup point delivery you get an email with a tracking number once the parcel arrives, and you collect it with ID and that number.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receiving your order to start a return through the shop's return portal. Items go back in original packaging with labels intact, unworn and unused. Personalised products, such as printed football shirts, cannot be returned. Return shipping is at your cost, unless a product is defective or not as described and customer service approves it, in which case the shop provides a prepaid label. After approval you have 15 days to send the parcel to the returns address in France. The refund follows within 14 days under the French consumer code, and you can choose the original payment method or a credit note.
Payment
The page lists card, Apple Pay, PayPal (with the option to pay in four instalments), bank transfer for larger baskets and Klarna for baskets between €700 and €4,500. Available methods can depend on the billing country.
Cashback with Made in Paradis
Open the Made in Paradis page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1.5%) and the latest offers are listed. Press the shop button and shop as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the shop has approved the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item. Using a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
