Jan Vanderstorm: delivery to Germany and Austria, payment, returns and cashback
Jan Vanderstorm is a German mail-order and online fashion label for men in large sizes, with clothes up to size 7XL. The company behind it, Vanderstorm Ventures, is based in Berlin. If you are reading this from the UK, the US or elsewhere abroad, the main point is simple: the shop delivers only to Germany and Austria. We read the shipping and returns page, the withdrawal information, the payment page and the FAQ on janvanderstorm.de in October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so check again before paying.
Countries and delivery time
The shop states that it delivers to Germany and Austria. Switzerland, the UK or other countries are not on the list. Unless an offer says otherwise, delivery takes 1 to 3 days within Germany and 1 to 3 days within Austria. Parcels travel with DHL. You get an order confirmation by email if you gave an address, and a second mail with a tracking link after dispatch. If an item turns out to be out of stock, the shop cancels it and reduces the invoice or refunds what you have already paid.
Shipping cost
Delivery is not free. The shop charges a flat shipping fee of 5,95 euros per order, and says it carries the larger part of the real cost itself. Sending replacement goods costs the same flat shipping fee again, because that counts as a new order. You can have a parcel sent to an address other than your own, but then paying by invoice is not possible.

Returns and exchange
If something does not fit, send it back within 14 days. Items and sets must go back complete. The goods value is credited to the payment method you used. A return label for Germany is in the package, and Austrian customers print their label from the site. Without the label a return cannot be accepted. The shop advertises free return shipping, and the withdrawal terms promise a refund of payments including delivery costs within 14 days of your notice, with some exceptions. Exchanges work through the return slip: you write the item you want instead, and the flat shipping fee applies to the new parcel.
Payment
Choose between credit card (Mastercard or Visa), invoice, advance payment or PayPal. A card is charged when the goods ship. With advance payment you transfer the amount within ten calendar days, and the invoice is due 14 days after dispatch.
Using cashback
Open the Jan Vanderstorm page at daily cashback (Austrian visitors find the Austrian page), where the current rate (up to 4%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the return window. A returned product reduces the amount.
Practical tips
- Fill the basket with everything you need, since each order carries its own flat shipping fee.
- Use the size tables on the site, because exchanges mean a second parcel.
- Keep the return label and the slip together until your refund arrives.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
