Shopping at Homsee: US-only delivery, returns and cashback
Homsee sells furniture such as dressers, sideboards, TV stands, dining tables and sofas, and ships it from US warehouses. International readers should know one thing first: the shop delivers within the United States only. The sections below cover where it ships, what delivery costs, how long it takes and how returns work.
Where Homsee ships
Homsee delivers to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. It does not ship to PO boxes, military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), freight forwarders, Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. Because freight forwarders are excluded, ordering from the UK, Canada or the EU and forwarding the parcel is not possible either. Prices are shown in US dollars.
Delivery cost and timing
Eligible orders inside the service area get free contactless front door delivery. Remote zones inside the service range can carry a regional surcharge, and the shop says any extra fee is shown at checkout before you pay. Expedited shipping is not offered.

- Oversized furniture and items with lithium batteries can take 3 to 5 business days longer.
Large pieces travel by truck, and the local carrier contacts you to arrange an appointment. You get a message about 30 minutes before arrival, and the driver photographs the parcel at your door instead of asking for a signature. Check the carton for damage and note it on the delivery document before the driver leaves, because damage reported later may not be approved.
The free delivery has a condition. If you refuse delivery, cancel an order that is already on its way or send back an item voluntarily, shipping and processing fees are charged.
Returns and refunds
Homsee offers a 30-day return window. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and disassembled again if it arrived disassembled. Personalized items, assembled items, open box items and anything marked non-returnable cannot go back. The shop does not refund a change of mind or a wrong selection without the fees below.
- Courier delivery: USD 80 return shipping per package.
- Truck delivery: USD 300 return shipping per item.
These return shipping amounts are deducted from the refund. If an item is damaged or defective and you report it within 30 days of delivery, Homsee covers the return shipping. Contact [email protected] with photos of the package, the labels and the damage. After the warehouse inspects a return, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days. Do not send anything back before the service team has authorized it and named the right warehouse.

Payment and support
The shop advertises four interest-free payments with Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm. Homsee also lists a price match: if you find the identical product cheaper on homsee.com or an official Homsee store on another platform within 30 days of buying, it refunds the difference. Cashback
Open the Homsee page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) is shown. Press the shop button and order as usual. The cashback appears in your free account as open and turns confirmed once Homsee has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted.
