Padel Iberico: shipping from Spain to the EU, UK and US, returns and cashback
Padel Iberico is a Spanish online shop that sells only padel gear: rackets, balls, bags, shoes and clothing. It ships from Spain to the rest of the EU and to countries outside it, so delivery rates depend on where you live. This page sorts out the prices for different regions, customs, the 60-day return window and the payment options.
Delivery rates by region
For peninsular Spain, the shop says an order arrives 24 to 48 working hours after leaving its warehouse, and free delivery applies to orders of 49 euros and over. Free delivery with CTT takes 2 to 5 working days, while GLS delivers within one working day for 3.95 euros. The Balearic Islands take 48 to 72 hours for Palma and Ibiza and up to 3 more working days for the other islands. Portugal takes 24 to 48 working hours. Both have free shipping from 49 euros and a fee of 4.90 euros below it.
The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla go by UPS in 3 to 5 working days for 9.95 euros, with a 5 kg limit and no ball crates, and customs there are paid by you.
Other EU countries
For the rest of the European Union the shop quotes 3 to 5 working days. Shipping is free from 79.95 euros, and below that it costs 7.95 euros. Express delivery in 24 to 48 working hours is available for orders placed before 16:00 on a working day, at 8.95 euros above 79.95 euros and 12.95 euros below. Heavy parcels, such as crates of balls or several rackets, are not free: one ball crate costs 9.95 euros to ship, and each extra crate adds the same. Cyprus and other EU islands only receive parcels under 5 kg, and a racket would cost about 17.95 euros.
Outside the EU, including the UK, the US and Switzerland
Parcels to destinations outside the EU take about 3 to 5 working days. The cost depends on weight, and a racket is given as an example at 17.95 euros. Customs, import charges and local transport are paid by you on arrival and are not part of the web price. If you refuse the parcel at destination, it is abandoned and the money is not refunded, so ask your customs office about the amount first.

Returns and refunds
Unused products with labels and seals can go back within 60 calendar days, either for a refund or for another item. Contact the shop on WhatsApp (+34 634 590 314) or at [email protected] first and follow the instructions. Products without the original seals, for example the sealed racket grip, are not accepted. Customers in the EU also have the statutory 14 days to withdraw. Return postage is yours. The first return is free only within peninsular Spain, and not for ball crates or items over 5 kg. From outside the EU you pay the parcel and all customs, or the package is refused.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer or cash on delivery, the shop pays by bank transfer within 10 to 15 working days after it receives the goods. A defective item that arrives in Spain, except the Canary Islands, is replaced free if the seals are intact. Abroad, the shop offers a discount coupon for a cosmetic defect.
Payment
Cards go through the Redsys gateway. You can also pay with PayPal, including PayPal Later in three instalments, with SeQura in 3, 6 or 12 monthly instalments, by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Cash on delivery adds a fee, with a minimum of 2.50 euros paid to the courier and 3 percent above 100 euros.
Cashback at Padel Iberico
Open the Padel Iberico page at daily cashback and press the shop button. The page shows the current rate (3.5%) and the offers we check every day. It is the Spanish page, so read its conditions if your parcel goes elsewhere. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after the shop has approved the order. If you return an item, its cashback is deducted.
Practical tips
- Check the grip seal on a new racket before you remove any label, since a broken seal ends the right to return.
- Bundle a racket and a ball crate only if you accept the extra shipping for heavy parcels.
- Use only offers from the Padel Iberico page at daily cashback, as a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
