Buying software at Software-Dealz: digital delivery, shipping, withdrawal and cashback
Software-Dealz is a German online shop for software licences, mainly Microsoft Office and Windows versions, run by Artur Janicki in Hamburg. Prices are one-off: the shop says you buy a full version at a fixed price, without a subscription or running costs. Because most orders are digital, shipping rules look different from a normal shop. We read the shipping and payment terms, the withdrawal page and the home page in October 2026 and sum up what matters for buyers inside and outside Germany.
Digital delivery
Downloads are delivered only by email, and the shop states that delivery is free to each country it lists. For all payment methods except prepayment and purchase on invoice, the digital dispatch happens within about one minute after the payment has been processed. With prepayment or invoice, the email follows after the shop has confirmed your payment. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives and contact support if it does not turn up.
Disc versions by post
Some products come on a physical data carrier (CD, DVD or USB stick) with the product key and installation instructions. The shop sends them one to three working days after your payment arrives. Shipping inside Germany costs 5.99 EUR, to Austria 8.99 EUR and to Switzerland 12.49 EUR, and transit can take one to five working days. You receive a tracking number by email for each shipment.

Downloads cost nothing extra for delivery. We found Germany, Austria and Switzerland as the delivery countries; the shop is not set up for addresses elsewhere.
Payment methods
The terms page lists prepayment, credit card, iDEAL, Satispay, Klarna, EPS, Billie and purchase on invoice. Invoice purchase is for companies only, with 14 days to pay. The home page also mentions Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and bank transfer. Because the two pages differ, the checkout shows what is really available for your order. Credit cards are charged when the order is completed.
Withdrawal and support
Consumers can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content that is not delivered on a data carrier, the shop counts the 14 days from the conclusion of the contract; for physical goods from receipt. Send the declaration by letter, fax or email to [email protected], or use the model form on the withdrawal page. The refund follows within 14 days after the shop receives your declaration, and for returns inside Germany the shop covers the direct return cost. Read the notice at checkout carefully for downloads, because it can change how your right applies once delivery starts.

Using cashback
Open the Software-Dealz page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button and order in the same browser session. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Software-Dealz has reported the order. A refunded order reduces the cashback for it.
