Which countries get free shipping

Paid shipping and areas it cannot reach
Bulgaria, Romania, Greece and Croatia have fewer transport options for battery products, so a shipping charge applies. Norway and Switzerland are outside the EU, which means paid transport, and customs duties may also be due. Cyprus and Malta are island markets with expensive carrier routes, and carriers such as DPD cannot take battery products there at all. You need a Return Material Authorization number, and the shop does not accept returns without one. You can request it by phone or email. If you return something because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping, and the shop refunds the price of the product itself. After 30 days the warranty applies, with repair or replacement but no refund. The warranty runs from 18 to 60 months depending on the product, with solar panels at two years and cables and accessories at one year.
