Where VIVIDSTORM ships
The shop offers worldwide shipping, excluding certain special areas, and some products have shipping restrictions. If your country does not appear in the list at checkout, it is not served at the moment, and the shipping policy invites you to contact the team to ask about shipping costs and methods for your region.
Orders leave from the nearest warehouse that has the item. The shop lists warehouses in China, the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Australia and Canada. If the item is not in stock close to you, it ships from China.
Shipping costs and customs
The store advertises free worldwide shipping. According to its delivery information page, the shipping cost is included in the total you see at checkout, and most destinations qualify for free shipping. Some remote or hard-to-reach locations can incur additional shipping charges, and the shop says it will tell you before you finalise the order. The shipping policy itself words this differently: it says listed prices exclude shipping and that you get a shipping quote after choosing your address and method. Cancellation, returns and exchange
You can cancel before the product has shipped or gone into production. The refund is reduced by the transaction fee charged by the bank, which the shop puts between two and five percent, and logistics charges up to a quarter of the order value can apply. Once the order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. Custom-designed orders cannot be cancelled after production starts, and payments for them are not refundable.
For an exchange of screens, projectors and accessories the item must be brand new in its original packaging, with photo or video evidence for approval, and you pay the transport. After quality control you receive store credit, reduced by the earlier shipping cost, which the policy sets at 30% of the article price. If a return is down to an incorrect address, a delivery location the team cannot reach, or a product that does not fit your projector, you pay the return freight, and the original shipping plus a restocking fee of 25% of the item value are deducted from the refund. Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the order to start a return.
