Buying from Snaps Clothing: shipping outside the US, returns, final sale and cashback

Shipping and delivery times
The warehouse is in Dallas, Texas, and orders go out every day at noon. Standard Shipping is estimated at 3 to 5 business days, Express Shipping at 2 business days. The shop notes that unforeseen external factors can change this. You pick the delivery method at checkout, and the shop works with all major carriers and local courier partners. Returns and exchanges
You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange an item. It has to be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with tags attached. Snaps works with Happy Returns: you start the return in the Returns and Exchanges portal on the website and follow the steps. A return costs a flat handling fee of $6 per return package, deducted from your refund by the shop when it processes the return. An exchange for another size, colour or product has no return fee. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
Prepaid returns are available only in the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US territories. If you use any other carrier, the return shipping is your responsibility, and the shop accepts no liability for parcels lost on the way. After the shop checks the parcel, refunds reach your payment provider within about 10 to 14 business days. A refund is paid in the currency of the purchase, so exchange rates can make the amount a little higher or lower.
Anything discounted by 40% or more counts as Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged or you get the wrong one, email [email protected] and the shop fixes it free of charge.
Payment
