Shopping at Robotime: shipping by country, delivery times, returns and cashback
Robotime is the maker of ROKR, Rolife, Rowood and Robud, and robotimeonline.com is its own web store for model kits, puzzles, miniature houses and music boxes. The shop says it ships all over the world, but price and speed depend heavily on where you live. This guide lines up what the shop's shipping page says for each region, so you can work out the real cost before you fill a basket.
Where Robotime ships and what it costs
The shipping policy groups countries into regions. Four regions are served from a local warehouse, and the rest are shipped from the nearest available warehouse. In every region shipping is free once the order reaches a set value, which is USD 65 or its equivalent in most places.

The EU group covers France, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Ireland, Estonia, Austria, Croatia, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Finland, Slovenia, Romania, Portugal, Hungary, Sweden, Slovakia, Greece and Bulgaria. The international lists also name Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong SAR, among others.
How long an order really takes
Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days after you order. The shop adds that the estimated arrival is processing time plus shipping time, so a US order lands about 4 to 7 business days after checkout, and an order to the international group about 6 to 12. In holiday and promotion periods it can take a few extra days, and an order may be split into parcels from different warehouses depending on stock. Tracking details arrive by email once the parcel is dispatched, and there is a Track Your Order page on the shop.
Currency and payment
Prices on the page are shown in US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your card company converts the amount at the current rate when you pay. Robotime accepts credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Klarna.
Returns and cancellations
You can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving the order. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page with your order number and the reason, and wait for the approval email. The item has to come back in its original packaging and condition with the receipt. If you return something only because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage, and you should ask for the return address before sending anything. A refund takes 3 to 14 business days after approval, plus whatever time your bank needs.
If something arrives damaged or wrong, keep the packaging and write to the same address straight away. The shop arranges a replacement at no cost to you, unless the damage was caused by the customer. Changes or cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of ordering and before the parcel has shipped.
