Buying from Reolink: delivery regions, customs, returns and cashback
Reolink sells security cameras, video doorbells and network recorders through its own online shop, and unlike many electronics brands it ships to a long list of countries from local warehouses. We read the shipping and the warranty and return pages on reolink.com in October 2026. Below is what they say about delivery regions, delivery times, customs and refunds, so you know what to expect before you order from outside Germany. Terms can change, so check the checkout page as well.
Where Reolink delivers
The shipping page groups destinations into regions. For North America it names the USA and Canada, for Asia-Pacific Australia and Japan, and for the United Kingdom its own line. Europe covers Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Croatia, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Bulgaria, Greece and Malta.
Delivery times by region
The shop gives estimated delivery times in working days. They depend on the address, and Reolink calls every date its best estimate rather than a promise. Remote areas take somewhat longer.
| Destination | Estimated delivery |
|---|---|
| USA, Canada | 3 to 6 working days |
| United Kingdom | 3 to 5 working days |
| Germany | 2 to 4 working days |
| Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Poland, Netherlands | 3 to 6 working days |
| Austria, Czech Republic, France, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland | 4 to 7 working days |
| Croatia, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain | 5 to 8 working days |
| Finland, Ireland, Norway | 6 to 9 working days |
| Bulgaria, Greece, Malta | 7 to 10 working days |
| Australia, Japan | 2 to 5 working days |
Orders, except pre-orders, are dispatched within two business days. A signature is needed on delivery, and the shop asks you not to use a PO box.
Shipping costs and customs
Orders to most of the listed countries ship free. Exceptions are Hawaii and a list of remote territories, among them Gibraltar, the Cayman Islands, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, Madeira and the Azores. For those, the buyer pays the duties. Parcels to EU countries and the UK are otherwise shipped with the customs charges taken care of by Reolink. For goods that do not come from a local warehouse in your region, or where Reolink has not declared duty-free delivery, import duties, taxes and broker fees are yours. The total at checkout is what you pay.
Returns, refunds and warranty
A refund request must be made within 30 days of delivery, and it only works for purchases made directly in the official Reolink shop. Items bought from a retailer go back to that retailer. If you return for personal reasons you pay the return postage; for a dead-on-arrival product or a quality problem Reolink pays. All products and accessories have to go back in a trackable parcel, and the refund is processed after the goods arrive. The warranty is two years on most products, with six extra months after registering, three years on the Professional Series and one year on certified refurbished items.
The shop accepts the major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club) and PayPal.
Using cashback
Open the Reolink page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2%) is shown. Press the shop button, then browse and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Reolink has reported the order, which normally happens after the return window. If you send an item back, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Ordering from the UK or the USA: the delivery dates above are estimates from the shop, so leave a few days of margin if you need the camera for a fixed date.
- Keep the original invoice. Reolink asks for proof of purchase with every warranty or return case.
- Finish the order in one visit and do not click on other cashback or voucher sites in between, since a later click can replace the first one.
