NORTIV 8: US-only shipping, free shipping limit and 30-day returns
NORTIV 8 sells shoes through nortiv8.com. The shop ships only within the United States, and its pages say more countries or regions may open later. If you buy from a US address, the useful details are the free shipping limit, the 3 to 7 day delivery window and the 30-day return with its conditions.
Where NORTIV 8 delivers
The shipping terms state that shipping is only available within the United States. Some products cannot go to P.O. Box addresses, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or some remote areas in certain states. Orders with several items may be shipped in separate parcels. The FAQ also says the shop does not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping is $9.99 on orders of $69.98 and below. From $69.99 upward shipping is free. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days across the USA, a little longer in remote areas or when weather, holidays, high volume or carrier problems get in the way. An email tells you the carrier, the tracking number and the estimated delivery date once the parcel is on its way.
If the cart is just under the limit, adding one more small item can cost less than the $9.99 shipping fee. Make sure the extra item is one you would keep, because return shipping is yours.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging. The original shipping cost is not refunded, and you pay for the return shipping. Start the return in your account under My Orders, choose the reason and wait for approval, which takes up to 1 hour for unshipped orders and 1 to 2 days for shipped ones. Guests contact customer service instead.
The instructions you receive include the return address but no label. If you prefer a prepaid label at a discount, ask customer service. For up to two pairs the shop gives about $8.34 as a typical label price, and it is deducted from your refund. Once the parcel is back, the refund goes to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. The shop does not offer store credit or direct exchanges, so you return the pair and order the right size as a new order.
Registered users also get a 90-day warranty against manufacturing and material defects. You need your account, the order information and photos of the damage. Wear and tear and accidents are not covered.
Payment and tax
The shop accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express and Diners. AfterPay and Amazon Pay are listed for US customers only. Sales tax is collected in the US states where the law requires it, and it is refunded with a returned item.
