Where the shop delivers
The shipping page talks about delivery within Germany only. If your address is in another country, write to [email protected] before you start designing, so you know whether the order can reach you. The shop dispatches with DHL or the best available carrier, and it starts processing an order as soon as your payment has arrived. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping within Germany costs €4.99. It is free from two products or from an order value of €45, and the fee is taken off automatically in the cart. The shop advertises a delivery time of 3 to 5 working days. Typos and incomplete addresses are the most common cause of delays, so check the address carefully before you pay.
Returns and withdrawal
Under German law you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts when you, or someone you name who is not the carrier, receive the last item. You tell the shop in a clear statement, for example by email, and the shop provides a sample withdrawal form, though using it is optional. You must send the goods back without delay and at the latest within 14 days of telling the shop. The direct cost of returning the goods is yours.
The shop then refunds all payments, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the payment method you originally used. It can hold the refund back until the goods have arrived or you have shown proof of dispatch.
One important exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not prefabricated and are made to your individual selection or clearly tailored to your personal needs. A poster with your own photo and text normally falls into this group. So check the preview carefully before you place the order.

Small tips
- Plan gifts with a buffer. The 3 to 5 working days of delivery come on top of the time you spend designing, so do not order the evening before.
- Check names, dates and spelling in the preview, since personalised items usually cannot be returned.
