Buying at Hoover Direkt: delivery in Germany, returns, warranty and cashback
Hoover Direkt is the web shop of Haier Germany GmbH for Hoover vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, robot vacuums and stain cleaners. The shop is built for Germany. If you live there, or you are an English-speaking buyer with a German address, this guide covers delivery, returns, warranty and how cashback is tracked.
Delivery: Germany only
The delivery terms state that deliveries are currently possible only within Germany. For other countries the shop points to the website of the respective country, so there is no way to send a Hoover Direkt order to an address abroad. Shipping inside Germany is free of charge and goes with DHL. You can follow the parcel with the DHL tracking tool.
How fast it arrives
Order from Monday to Friday before 12:00 and the shop quotes free delivery in 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed after 12:00 take 2 to 3 working days. An order placed after 12:00 on a Friday is dispatched on Monday and arrives by Wednesday at the latest. Carriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays, and heavy parcel volumes can occasionally stretch the time. The delivery times on the product pages are guidelines, not binding promises.
Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal
You can send an order back free of charge within 14 days of receiving it. The steps are simple:
- Fill in the contact form with your order number and the reason.
- You get an email with a link to create the return label.
- Pack the product in the original Haier packaging, attach the label and hand the parcel to the carrier (DHL for the return).
The refund is processed once the product is back in the warehouse and can take up to 14 days. It goes back to the original payment method if the order is less than 3 months old, and can go by bank transfer for older orders. If a product arrives wrong or damaged, send a photo through the contact form and the shop sends a free return label for an exchange or refund. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund.
Payment and warranty
The shop accepts Visa, Visa Debit, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal and Klarna. All Hoover devices come with a free 2-year warranty. Cordless models in the HF2 and HF4 series get 3 years, and the HF9 and HFX series 5 years. For the extension beyond 2 years you register the device on the warranty website.

Cashback with Hoover Direkt
Open the Hoover page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the latest offers are listed. Press the shop button and shop as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and turns confirmed after the shop has approved the order, which is usually after the withdrawal period. If you send the device back, the cashback is deducted. A code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Tips
- Order before noon on a weekday if you want delivery in 1 to 2 working days.
- Register the device for the extended warranty as soon as it arrives.
- Keep the original packaging until you are sure you are keeping the vacuum, because the return requires it.
