Buying a Flight Knight suitcase in Europe: delivery zones, returns and cashback

· 2026-09-17

Flight Knight sells cabin cases, checked suitcases and suitcase sets, many of them sized for the bag rules of airlines such as Ryanair, easyJet, British Airways and Wizz Air. The shop is based in the UK and delivers to a long list of European countries. For a suitcase, the cost of getting it to your door and sending it back matters more than for most things, so here are the delivery zones and the return rules as the shop states them.

Delivery zones and prices

The shop sorts its destinations into four groups. The prices below are in pounds, as shown on the delivery page.

  • UK and Channel Islands: delivery is free, by DPD or Royal Mail depending on your location, usually in 1 to 2 days.
  • Europe Zone 1 (Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain): DPD in 2 to 5 days. Free shipping from £130, below that £10.
  • Europe Zone 2 (Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia): DPD or DHL Economy in 2 to 5 days. Free shipping over £140, otherwise £30.
  • Europe Zone 3 (Norway, Sweden, Switzerland): DHL Economy in 2 to 5 days, with shipping at £30 on every order.

Prices for the cases themselves are shown in the currency of the country you pick in the selector. It covers the euro, the pound and several other currencies, such as the Swiss franc, Danish and Swedish krona, zloty and forint. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.

Cut-off times and duties

For the DPD one to two day service the cut-off is 3pm Monday to Friday (bank holidays excluded). An order placed before that time is dispatched the same day and delivered the following working day, once payment has cleared. Orders after 3pm on Friday up to 1pm on Sunday go out on Sunday for delivery on Monday. The shop says that almost all orders within the UK and the EU are shipped with duties and taxes prepaid, so there is no additional bill at the door. For a few countries the carrier does not allow that, and then the receiver pays. For tracking, use the DPD or DHL link with the tracking ID, and write to [email protected] for anything else.

Returns from abroad

You can change your mind up to 30 days after purchase, as long as the case is new, unused and in its original packaging. The shop states that returns are at the customer's own cost. You send the case by recorded delivery with a carrier of your choice to the shop's Returns Department in Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire. For a buyer in the EU that means a parcel back to the UK, so get a quote for the return postage before you order a large case. A case that comes back used can be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Warranty

Every case comes with a standard 12-month warranty from delivery. Customers who register the case within 30 days of delivery get an extended 5-year warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship, not normal wear and tear, misuse or unauthorised repairs. The shop first offers a repair, then an identical replacement, and if neither is possible, store credit that is valid for 12 months. The warranty only applies to orders placed with Flight Knight directly, not to cases bought from third-party sellers.

Cashback with daily cashback

Open the Flight Knight page at daily cashback, where the current rate (7.5%) is shown. Press the shop button there, then choose your case and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If you send a case back, the cashback for it is deducted. A code from another site can replace our click and cost you the cashback. Current offers are listed on the shop page, and we check them daily.
