Enjoy The Wood makes wooden and acrylic world maps for the wall, plus a painting kit and a calendar planner. The maps are built from many fragments and ship in large boxes, so delivery and customs questions come up before anything else. The shop is run from the United States, and its shipping page, FAQ and return policy answer most of them.
Where Enjoy The Wood ships
The shop ships worldwide, with a list of exceptions in its FAQ: Abkhazia, Brazil, Belarus, Cape Verde, Eswatini, China, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Japan, Myanmar, Mexico, Nauru, Palestine, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates are not served. If your country is on that list, the cashback programme will not help you, because no delivery is possible. The site is available in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian, and a currency selector offers a long list of countries.
Lead time and delivery
Regular orders are shipped within 3 to 7 days of purchase. The shipping page splits its text into three blocks, for the USA, for the European Union and the UK, and for the rest of the world, and the lead time is the same in all of them. The delivery time and the shipping rate depend on whether you pick regular or express delivery. For the rest of the world, rates are shown at checkout or on request from support. The shop says it cannot speed up international transit or customs clearance and does not guarantee delivery dates.
Customs and import fees
In every region, customs fees, import taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility. They follow the rules of your country, and the shop gives a typical range of $30 to $100 USD. Plan for this when you order to a country outside your home market.
Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, in the condition you received it, in its original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase. Personalised, custom-made, clearance and sale items are excluded. You start a return by emailing [email protected], and items sent back without a request are not accepted. The buyer pays return shipping, and for an exchange the shipping of the replacement as well. Shipping costs are not refunded, and the return postage is deducted from a refund. For return shipping of items worth more than 75 USD the shop recommends a tracked or insured service.
Once the return is checked, the refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Klarna purchases do not qualify for the credit option, and refunds there take up to 14 business days. If your order is delivered to the EU or the UK, you also have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason, in addition to the 30-day policy. If the shop made a personalisation error, it replaces the item free of charge, but not for mistakes the buyer made. If the delivery fails because nobody is there or the contact details are wrong, the refund covers the product only.

Open the Enjoy The Wood page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 9%) and the latest offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A refunded map is deducted.

- Names can be engraved in other languages at no charge, but ask support before you order.
- Keep the box and packaging until you are sure you want to keep the map, since returns need the original packaging.
