Dublino Möbel: CLP shipping, delivery countries, returns and cashback
Dublino Möbel sells furniture online, and the shop is written in German. One point matters before anything else: only products from the manufacturer CLP can be ordered directly online. For items from every other manufacturer the shop prepares an individual offer, and only for business customers. This guide covers the CLP rules for shipping, countries, returns and payment.
What you can order online
CLP products go into the basket and are shipped directly by CLP from Germany. Everything else is available on request and only to business customers, with shipping cost, delivery time and conditions stated in the offer. The CLP shipping rates and the free shipping threshold do not apply to those articles.

Free shipping for CLP items from €250 applies to deliverable products and to the countries listed below, but islands are excluded and the regular rates do not apply there. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days after the order and payment have arrived.
Which countries get CLP deliveries
CLP delivers to Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary. It does not deliver to Switzerland, and countries missing from the list are not served.
Not every item can go to every country. Parcel shipping is listed for all of them, depending on the article, but freight delivery for bulky furniture is only offered in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Spain and the Czech Republic. The list is not a promise for each article, so ask the team if you are unsure.
What delivery includes
A parcel arrives packed in a carton, during the day and without an appointment, handed over at the first lockable door at ground level. Placing the furniture in your rooms, assembly and disposal of the packaging are not part of the standard CLP delivery. If you see transport damage, report it within 24 hours by email with photos.
Returns
Dublino grants consumers a voluntary return period of 30 days. The goods must be complete, undamaged and in the original sales packaging. Contact the sales team first, by phone or email. You then receive a return label or instructions. The direct return costs are carried by the buyer and quoted on request. Damaged goods can lower the refund.
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days also applies, and the refund goes back to the original payment method. The voluntary period does not cover gift vouchers, and made-to-measure goods are excluded.
Payment
For CLP orders online you can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, SEPA bank transfer and Apple Pay.
Using cashback
Open the Dublino Möbel page at daily cashback, where the current rate is shown as 3%. Press the shop button, then order and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after the shop has approved the order. A returned product reduces the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- Add up the basket before paying, because the €250 mark saves the shipping fee.
- Check each article for parcel or freight delivery before you choose a country.
- Use one cashback or voucher site per order, as a later click can replace the first.
