Shopping at BroBasket: US-only shipping, delivery dates and refunds
BroBasket is a California gift shop that builds baskets around beer, wine, spirits, cigars, snacks and engraved items, plus a non-alcoholic range. Because most baskets contain alcohol, delivery rules matter more here than at an ordinary web shop. This guide covers where BroBasket ships, what shipping costs, how the delivery date works and what happens if a parcel does not arrive.
Where BroBasket delivers
The shop ships within the United States only. Its FAQ says plainly that it does not ship internationally, and baskets leave from California. Baskets with alcohol cannot go to PO boxes, military addresses, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Baskets without alcohol can be delivered to post offices and military locations. Some state liquor laws add further limits: alcohol baskets cannot be sent to Utah, and a few other states only receive certain products. The shop keeps a list of them on its shipping page, so check it before you order a gift for someone in a state with strict rules.
If you live outside the US, the realistic option is to order for a recipient who has a US address. Payment and the sender details are yours, but the delivery rules apply to the recipient's address.
Shipping costs and delivery dates
BroBasket offers Ground, Overnight, 2-day and 3-day delivery with UPS. The shipping price depends on the size and weight of the basket, the service, the destination and the delivery date. For featured baskets the shop says Ground shipping typically costs between $8.85 and $29.95, and it can be higher for heavy gifts. Ground takes between one and five days depending on where the recipient lives.
At checkout you choose a delivery date from a calendar, and the calendar shows the shipping price for each date. Fast delivery to the East Coast, and especially a Saturday arrival, is where prices climb. If the date does not matter, leave it empty and the basket goes out by regular Ground within 24 business hours.
Orders placed before 3pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday, can ship the same day. There is no Sunday delivery, and same-day delivery is limited to Ventura County on a business day.

Signature, delivery attempts and late parcels
If a basket contains alcohol, someone aged 21 or older has to sign. Baskets without alcohol need no signature. The carriers try three times. After that the parcel is held at a facility, and if nobody collects it, it returns to BroBasket. You then get a refund for the basket minus the return shipping, or you can pay to have it sent again. The shop suggests shipping to an office with a person at the desk during the day.
Only Overnight delivery is guaranteed. If an Overnight order arrives late, the shipping cost is refunded. For the other services the shop cannot promise the chosen date and does not refund late arrivals.
Refunds and damaged baskets
If a basket arrives damaged, send BroBasket a photo. Depending on the damage you get a replacement or a refund. Engraved products are not refundable, so a re-ship is the only option for them. If you cancel while the basket is already in transit, the refund covers the goods minus the cost of bringing the parcel back. There is no invoice or price slip in the box, only a greeting card with the message you wrote.
Using cashback
Open the BroBasket page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1.5%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then build your basket and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If an order is refunded, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Check the price shown for your delivery date in the calendar before you pay, because the date drives the shipping cost.
- Use a delivery address where an adult can sign during the day.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Keep other voucher or cashback sites closed while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
