Shopping at Avidlove: shipping costs, delivery times and returns
Avidlove is a lingerie and clothing shop that sends parcels to a long list of countries, from the US and Canada to most of Europe, Australia and several Asian markets. What you pay and how long you wait depends on the order value and on where the parcel starts its journey. This guide collects the delivery, return and payment rules from the shop's own pages.
Where Avidlove ships
The shipping page lists these destinations. Europe: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Russia, France, Finland, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary, Italy, United Kingdom, Romania, Estonia and Czechia. Asia: Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Turkey, Singapore, Israel, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Laos and Cambodia. North America: Canada, United States and Mexico. Australia is on the list too. Orders cannot go to PO box addresses, islands or territories.
The store header lets you switch currency between USD, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, MXN and PHP.
Shipping costs by order value
Standard shipping depends on the basket total, in dollars:

The same scale is printed for the local warehouse, for the international warehouse and for the rest of the world. The banner at the top says free shipping applies to most countries.
Delivery times
- Local warehouse (United States and Germany only): 1 to 3 working days processing, then 3 to 7 business days in transit.
- International warehouse (United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, France, Germany): 3 to 5 working days processing, some items 5 to 7, then 7 to 15 business days in transit. Pre-sale items take 10 to 20 working days to process.
- Rest of the world: 10 to 25 business days in transit.
- Custom, exclusive designs: 20 to 45 working days.
If the local warehouse is out of stock, the shop moves stock from another warehouse, which adds 3 to 7 working days. Parts of one order can arrive in separate packages. The transit time starts on the day of dispatch, not on the day you order.
Customs and import duties
All parcels are sent delivery duty unpaid. Customs or import charges are collected in the destination country and you pay them. If you refuse a parcel because of duties, you carry the return shipping, customs and handling costs. The shop cannot declare an order as a gift or at a lower value.
Returns and refunds
You can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in the original packaging, with tags. For hygiene reasons, items with cut-off garment tags, or panties and swimsuits without the protective adhesive strip, are not accepted. Email [email protected] to start; the team replies with the return address, so do not send anything to the address on the parcel. If you return for personal reasons you pay the return postage; for a damaged or wrong item the return or exchange is free. The original shipping fee is not refunded.
After the parcel arrives, the refund is issued within 3 business days. PayPal refunds take up to 48 hours and card refunds 7 to 10 business days. Exchanges are only possible for the same item in another size or colour, once per item.
Payment
You can pay with PayPal, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, Visa Electron, Cartes Bancaires, American Express, Discover), Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If the card option does not appear, your region may not support it, and the shop suggests another method.
Cashback with Avidlove
Open the Avidlove page at daily cashback and press the shop button, then shop as usual: the current rate is 5%, and your account first shows the purchase as open and later as confirmed. If you send something back, the cashback for that item is deducted. Current offers are on the same page and we check them every day. Finish the order in one visit and close other voucher or cashback sites, because a code from another source can cost you the cashback.
