The store serves two countries, the United States and Canada, and the checkout lets you switch between US dollars and Canadian dollars. Where Autel Energy delivers
The shop offers free shipping on all orders in the US and Canada. It cannot deliver to remote US areas such as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, and not to PO boxes or APO and FPO military addresses in either country. Anyone outside these two countries has no shipping option. The warranty is also tied to the country of purchase and becomes invalid once the product is shipped to another country.
Delivery cost and timing
The free option is chosen at checkout, and faster delivery costs extra. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment, and the warehouse works Monday to Friday, so weekend orders can wait. Shipping time then runs about 3 to 6 business days depending on location and stock. Once the parcel leaves, you receive an email with carrier and tracking number, and the tracking can take 48 to 72 hours to update.
Duties are your side of the bargain. If customs charges fees on a delivery, you pay them, and sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the destination. You can cancel for a full refund while the parcel has not shipped. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after the carrier marks the order delivered to ask for a return. Write to [email protected] first, because unauthorized returns can be refused. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, uninstalled, unactivated and complete with original accessories, manuals and packaging. Support decides on your request within 3 business days, and after the return arrives the inspection takes 3 to 5 working days. The refund goes to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Payment, warranty and support
