Renting a car with Surprice: destinations, what to check before booking and cashback
Surprice Car Rentals is a car rental brand with pick-up stations in many countries, from Greece and Italy to Canada, the Caribbean and Oceania. The website is a showcase for destinations and the brand, and you reach the booking through the destination you choose. This guide covers where you can rent, what the brand promises and what to settle before you confirm.
Where you can rent a car
The destinations page groups the countries by region. The list is long and still growing.
| Region | Countries and territories |
|---|---|
| Europe | Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Malta, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Ukraine, United Kingdom |
| Middle East and Asia | Jordan, Qatar, Turkey, UAE, Oman, Azerbaijan, Japan, Nepal |
| Africa and Oceania | Morocco, Mauritius, Zanzibar, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Australia, Fiji |
| Americas | California, Canada, Florida, Arizona, Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Saint Martin, Virgin Islands, Antigua and Barbuda |
Under the countries the page lists the individual cities and airports, for example Athens, Heraklion, London Heathrow, Tivat or Gran Canaria. The shorter list on the car rental page names mostly Mediterranean and Balkan countries, so look at the destination you need and its stations. Berlin and Antigua are shown on the home page as new additions.
What the brand says about its service
- Short and long term rentals.
- Well maintained cars in several groups, with multiple levels of insurance in the offers.
- No hidden charges or fees, with the terms stated clearly.
- A 24 hour phone line, which the site calls real 24 hour support.
- Offers distributed through brokers and travel agencies worldwide, so the same car may also appear on a comparison portal.
Customer comments on the home page mention pick-up at a hotel and staff who waited after a delayed flight, but those are single experiences and not guarantees.
What to settle before you book
Cancellation terms, deposit, fuel rule and the age limit for drivers are not set out on the brand pages, and the help centre needs a login. Ask for them or check your booking confirmation before you pay.
- The free cancellation period and the refund rule.
- The deposit or hold on your card and the insurance excess.
- The fuel policy and mileage limit.
- Pick-up and drop-off time, and whether the station is at the airport or off site.
- Extra driver, child seat, cross-border driving and one-way fees.
Contact
The site gives [email protected] for general questions and [email protected] for customer care. There is also a 24 hour phone assistance link and a help centre.
Cashback with Surprice
Open the Surprice page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3.5%) and the offers are listed, and we check them daily. Press the shop button there, then book as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Surprice has reported the booking. If you cancel the booking, the cashback for it is removed again.
Practical tips
- Book through the shop button in one visit and keep the confirmation email.
- Compare the all-in price including insurance, not only the daily rate.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you book, as a later click can replace the first one.
As of October 2026. The brand can change its terms and destinations, so confirm the details when you book.
