Ecovacs vs Roborock: Which Robot Vacuum Is Better? Both sell vacuum and mop robots across many price points, so naming one winner would be guesswork. What we can compare is the buying terms, and there we lean towards Ecovacs: its shop states a 30-day withdrawal period, a two-year manufacturer warranty and a 30-day price match. What each maker sells
Ecovacs lists four lines on its German site: DEEBOT for vacuuming and mopping, WINBOT for windows, GOAT for lawns and ULTRAMARINE for pools. If you only care about floors you need one of them; if you think about the garden and windows too, you stay with a single brand.

Roborock shows robot vacuums (series such as Saros, Qrevo and Q), Zeo washer-dryers, wet-dry vacuums like the F25 and Dyad, and cordless H60 cleaners. Lawn mowers and window robots do not appear. Which unit cleans better depends on the model, not the badge, so read the data sheets on both pages.
Warranty and statutory rights
Ecovacs Europe gives private households in the EU two years of manufacturer warranty from first sale through retailers, and two years on the battery. GOAT lawn mowers get three years on the unit. Accessories and wear parts such as brushes, blades and batteries are excluded. The warranty applies in the country of purchase, and you need the invoice or receipt.
Roborock names the statutory 24 months from receipt in its German shop. Any extra warranty applies only if the order confirmation or a written statement about the item says so. Check your model for such a note. Either way, your legal rights stay in place with both makers.
Withdrawal and returns
Ecovacs terms of sale give 30 days from receiving the last item, longer than the legal 14 days. You contact them before sending anything back, used products are excluded, and you pay the direct cost of the return. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Roborock states 14 days in its withdrawal notice. Its German shop also delivers only to customers living in Germany. Who pays for the return is set out in the terms on the page, so read them before ordering.
Price match and promotions
Ecovacs refunds the difference if you buy on ecovacs.com/de and see the same model in the same colour listed lower there within 30 days. It applies in Germany only and not to accessories. If Ecovacs lowers its own online price in that window, it adjusts on request.
Roborock says its discounts apply only when shown on the page at the time of ordering, cannot be stacked, and that one voucher counts per order. That matters here because an extra promo code can also affect your cashback.
How cashback works at Ecovacs
Open Ecovacs at daily cashback (Dutch page) and click through to the shop. The rate itself is on the shop page; we leave out a figure because the retailer may change it. Then you order as usual. The credit appears in your account with the status pending. It can be paid out only after Ecovacs has checked the order, and that usually happens once the return period is over.
If the robot goes back or the order is cancelled, you get nothing for it. A discount code from an outside source can also cost you the claim if the shop page does not list it. Roborock is not a registered shop with us, so there is nothing to activate for it.

Who suits what
Ecovacs suits you if you want time to try the device. The longer withdrawal period, the price match and two years of manufacturer warranty take pressure off the decision. If you later add a lawn mower or window cleaner, you stay with one maker.
Roborock suits you if you have a specific model in mind, such as a wet-dry vacuum or a washer-dryer that Ecovacs does not make. Then check the warranty note and the return cost on your item.
A flat with carpets and a pet is not decided by the brand. Measure threshold heights and the gaps under furniture before you choose a unit.
