Temptation Cancun Resort is an adults-only, all-inclusive hotel on the Hotel Zone strip in Cancun, Mexico. It is aimed at guests aged 21 and over who want pool parties, themed nights and top-optional areas. Because the stay happens abroad, the points that matter are how you book, what happens if plans change, what you need to enter Mexico and how you get from the airport. What the stay includes
The resort describes itself as a "playground for grown-ups". The listing names 428 designed rooms, 7 restaurants, 6 bars, two pools, a spa and a gym. Domestic and international spirits, beer, wine and soft drinks are part of the all-inclusive plan at the bars and restaurants. Room service, laundry and some spa services cost extra. Wi-Fi is free with limited access; streaming sites are blocked, and a premium internet package is available for a fee.
The concept is top-optional, not clothing-optional. You can remove a bikini top at the main pool, the Quiet Pool and a designated beach area. Photos and videos are discouraged around the main pool and during theme nights. Singles, couples and groups may book, but the resort says its concept is best enjoyed as a couple.
Booking and changing dates
On its home page the resort promises that you can change dates or cancel for free up to 7 days before arrival. It also promises a best rate guarantee: if you find a lower price elsewhere, you tell the resort and it matches the price. Booking directly is said to bring priority room selection and special promotional add-ons. Check the terms in your booking confirmation, because the conditions of the rate you pick decide what applies.
The resort runs the Stay & Play loyalty program with cash back on reservations. When you want to apply a promo code, you enter it in the field at checkout.
Check-in, documents and transfers
- Check-in starts at 3 pm, check-out is at 11 am, with a free grace period until noon.
- All international travellers need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Visa rules depend on your nationality, so ask your embassy.
- Airport transfers are not included unless a promo says so. The resort sits about 20 minutes from Cancun International Airport and arranges transfers with Original Transfers.
- Extra beds are not available, as the rooms are designed for their maximum occupancy.

Open the Temptation Experience page at daily cashback, where current offers are listed and checked every day. Press the shop button and book on the resort's site as usual. Your cashback (up to 5%) first shows as open in your free account and becomes confirmed after the stay has been reported. A cancelled booking cancels the cashback as well.
Tips before you book
