Stoneline: delivery abroad, payment, withdrawal and cashback

· 2026-09-23

Stoneline is a German cookware brand known for its stone-coated pans, pots and kitchen helpers. The shop is in German and ships mainly within Germany, but it also delivers abroad under certain payment conditions. This guide sums up the shipping, payment and withdrawal rules for buyers outside Germany.

Delivery in Germany

Inside Germany the shop delivers with DHL, and articles are ready to ship at once unless the product description says otherwise. Shipping costs €5.95, and from a goods value of €50 the shipping is free. Larger quantities go by freight forwarder instead of parcel post.

Delivery abroad

Stoneline also delivers abroad, but only against prepayment, PayPal or credit card. Charges that arise are yours to bear. The shipping cost for your country appears in the basket once you choose the delivery country, both for European countries and for destinations outside Europe, so there is no fixed table to quote.

For deliveries to non-EU countries you have to take care of tax matters yourself. Customs costs and export declarations that arise are not covered by the shop. Ask your local customs office what applies to parcels coming from Germany.

Dispatch and delivery time

The shop processes your order right after it arrives. It aims to dispatch goods ordered on working days until 13:30 the same day, so that they arrive the next day within Germany. The time always depends on the carrier too. Foreign shipments take longer, depending on the destination country. Damage in transit must be reported to the carrier as soon as the goods arrive, and then to Stoneline. Damaged articles are refunded free of charge.

Payment

The shop offers credit card with 3D Secure, direct debit, PayPal, purchase on invoice and Sofortüberweisung. The invoice runs through Klarna with 14 days to pay, and there is instalment payment over up to 24 months. A credit card is charged when the goods are dispatched, and PayPal is charged once you complete the payment. For foreign orders only prepayment, PayPal and credit card apply.

Withdrawal and returns

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a person you name takes possession of the goods. You tell the seller, WARIMEX GmbH in Neuried, by a clear statement such as a letter, fax or email, and a withdrawal form is available but not required. The refund, including the standard delivery cost, comes without delay and within 14 days of the notice, through the payment method you used. You send the goods back within 14 days of your notice and pay the direct costs of the return. The shop may hold the refund until the goods are back or proof of dispatch is shown.

Using cashback

Open the Stoneline page at daily cashback, where the current rate is shown as 2.5%. Press the shop button, then order and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has approved the order. A returned product reduces the cashback for that item.

Practical tips

  • Choose your delivery country in the basket first, because the shipping cost only shows up there.
  • Outside the EU, ask your customs office what import charges apply before paying.
  • Use one cashback or voucher site per order, since a later click can replace the first one.
