Shopping at MiniFinder: delivery, returns and cashback
MiniFinder is a Swedish company from Växjö that sells GPS trackers, safety alarms and watches, many of them linked to a subscription. The orders are shipped from Sweden to a long list of countries, so delivery times and return rules depend heavily on where you live. This guide sums up what minifinder.com says in its terms and FAQ.
Delivery by region
All products ship from MiniFinder Sweden AB in Växjö, with PostNord and DHL as carriers. The delivery time depends on the region:
- Within Sweden: normally 1 to 3 business days
- Within the EU: usually 3 to 6 business days
- Outside the EU: 5 to 10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing
Once the order is on its way, a tracking link arrives by email. Standard shipping goes to your mailbox or a service point, depending on the size and value of the order. With DHL Express, orders placed before 4 p.m. ship the same day and arrive the next business day, provided the product is in stock.
Shipping cost and customs
The shop calculates shipping from the weight and size of the package, and the amount is always shown at checkout before you pay. Orders outside the EU can come with customs fees, and the customer pays all import costs, customs and taxes. For import rules, ask your local customs authority. Delays caused by customs or transport handling are outside the shop's control.
MiniFinder does not ship to a list of countries, among them Afghanistan, Iran, Russia, Belarus, Syria and Cuba. If a package is not collected or the address is wrong, the shop charges an administrative fee of 250 SEK unless it or the carrier caused the error.
Payment
The terms list card payment with Visa, Mastercard or American Express, PayPal, Swish, Klarna, Resurs and bank transfer. Which of them you can use depends on your country and region. With a bank transfer, the order is processed and shipped once the payment has arrived.
Returns, warranty and subscriptions
Under EU and EEA law you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Register the return through the return form on the site, and send the product back within 14 days of receipt. It has to come back essentially unchanged, in its original packaging and with all accessories. You carry the return shipping cost. If you request a return label from MiniFinder, the label costs 99 SEK shipping fee, which is deducted from your refund. After approval, the refund follows within 14 banking days. Shipping costs of international orders are not refunded, and companies cannot return products.
The shop gives a three-year warranty and complaint right under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act, valid throughout the EU and EEA, for original manufacturing defects. Keep your order confirmation, because it serves as proof. Many devices need a subscription. It renews automatically unless you cancel before the next renewal date, and a renewed fee is not refunded. Cancellations go in writing to [email protected] with the IMEI number of the device.

Using cashback
Open the MiniFinder page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed after MiniFinder has reported the order. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Look at the shipping cost in the last checkout step, because it changes with weight and size.
- Outside the EU, ask your customs office about import costs before you order.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
