The shop promises 24-hour delivery inside Germany and also ships abroad. Delivery inside Germany

Domestic orders go by DHL. Below a basket value of 190 EUR, shipping is 6 EUR, and from 190 EUR it is free. Delivery takes 1 to 3 working days. Bulky goods go as freight at 25 EUR shipping within Germany and take 2 to 5 working days. The basket shows the exact amount, because some products carry their own shipping costs.

Shipping to the UK, the US and other countries

Charges abroad depend on a DHL zone. The shop lists these prices:

  • Zone 1 (Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein): 11 EUR shipping, 2 to 5 working days.
  • Zone 2 (including the United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Spain): 20 EUR shipping, 2 to 5 working days.
  • Zone 3 (including Finland, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Norway): 22.50 EUR shipping, 2 to 5 working days.
  • Zone 4 (including Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Morocco): 40 EUR shipping, 1 to 2 weeks.
  • Zone 5 (including the USA, Canada, Japan, India, China): 50 EUR shipping, 3 to 4 weeks.
  • Zone 6 (rest of the world): 75 EUR shipping, 3 to 4 weeks.

The free shipping threshold of 190 EUR is stated for Germany only. UPS Standard is offered for some European countries at 11 to 30 EUR shipping. Freight items abroad cost 40 EUR shipping in zone 1 countries and 45 EUR in zone 2. Ask customer service about duties and import charges before ordering to the UK or the US.

Returns and withdrawal

You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counted from the day you receive the last item. Write to [email protected] or use the model withdrawal form. Return shipping is paid by you, and you should send the goods in the original packaging with all accessories, not unpaid. The shop refunds the payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

One point matters for the UK, the US and other non-EU countries: according to the shop, the right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of an EU member state and whose only residence and delivery address are outside the EU. Settle any return with the shop before you order. For defects the statutory warranty rules apply.
