Shopping at F+NCTION: shipping to the UK, EU and worldwide, refunds and cashback
F+NCTION is a wellness brand that sells a frother and smoothie sachet boxes, among them the Calm range, as single orders or as a subscription. Its shipping policy sets prices for three zones: the UK, the European Union and the rest of the world, which is what matters if you order from outside Britain. Below is what the shipping, refund and subscription pages say.

UK orders travel with Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked service. The shop states that free shipping is not currently available for standard UK orders. For the EU, the policy names Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Spain and Sweden, with more countries and the full list shown at checkout. The rest of the world zone includes the UAE, Australia, Canada, the USA and more than 60 further countries.
Processing and tracking
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. When the parcel ships you receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery can vary with customs, peak periods or courier delays. If your order has not arrived after the maximum estimated time, email [email protected].
Duties and taxes
For EU orders, duties and taxes may apply depending on your country, and the shop is not responsible for additional import fees. Buyers in the rest of the world pay any customs or import charges themselves. Look at the checkout for the full country list before you pay.
Subscriptions
The subscription service offers 30% off every subscription order and free delivery on all subscription orders. You can pause, skip a delivery or cancel at any time, either in your account or through [email protected]. Subscription orders are billed automatically based on the frequency you choose, and you are notified before each renewal. You can cancel any time before the next billing date.
Refund policy
F+NCTION offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order. To qualify, request the refund within 30 days of receiving the order. The request must be for your first purchase of that product, and you need your order number or email receipt as proof. You may be asked to return the unused part of the product. Shipping costs are not refunded, and if a return is required you pay the return shipping. Email [email protected] with your full name, order number and a short reason; the team replies within 3 business days with the next steps. Requests after the 30-day window, repeat purchases of the same product and products used against the label instructions are excluded. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact the shop within 7 days of delivery and it sends a replacement at no extra cost.
Using cashback
Open the FNCTION page at daily cashback and press the shop button. The current rate (2.5%) is shown there with the offers we check every day. Then shop as usual. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A refund reduces the cashback for that order, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.

- A repeat purchase of the same product is outside the money-back guarantee, so try a new product for the first time on a first order.
