Shopping at everdrop: shipping by country, returns, cashback
everdrop is a Munich company selling sustainable cleaning products: tabs and concentrates for laundry, dishwashing, surface cleaning and body care. The shop at everdrop.de is German, and its shipping page has separate sections for Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France and Italy. We read the shipping, refund and terms pages in October 2026. Here is what matters if you order from outside Germany.
Delivery countries and shipping cost
The shipping page gives country-specific rules rather than one list of destinations:
- Germany: free shipping from a minimum order value of 20 euros. Below that, a letter shipment (the Tab Kit) costs 2 euros and a parcel 3.90 euros.
- Austria: free shipping from a minimum order value of 30 euros. Below that, a letter costs 2 euros and a parcel 4.90 euros.
- Netherlands: free shipping from 40 euros, otherwise 3.90 euros for delivery.
- France: delivery is charged at 3.90 euros.
- Italy: the Italian section announces free shipping without stating a threshold.
The terms add that goods are only sent by post or parcel, with no pick-up, and that the shipping cost is shown in the order summary under the point Shipping before you pay. Prices are in euros. For the UK, the US or Switzerland, ask customer service before you order. The shipping page names more countries than Germany and Austria.
Delivery time
The shipping page does not state a fixed delivery time, and we will not guess one. The shop sends a parcel, and you can ask customer service by email at [email protected] if timing matters. For visibly damaged parcels, the terms ask you to complain to the carrier at once and then contact the shop. Missing that does not affect your legal rights.
Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell everdrop clearly by letter or email (everdrop GmbH, Isarwinkel 2, 81379 Munich, [email protected]), using the model form if you wish. The shop must refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your notice, to the same payment method. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice, and note that you pay the direct cost of the return. Returns go only to the logistics centre in Heilbronn, the address is given on the refund policy page.
Payment
The terms list credit card, PayPal and Klarna as typical digital payment methods. Which ones are available for your order is shown during checkout.

Cashback
Open the everdrop page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 4%) and the offers we found are listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order, usually after the withdrawal period. If you send an item back, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Add a few euros to reach the free shipping line. A refill pack often costs less than the shipping fee you avoid.
- Note the different thresholds. The same basket can ship free in Germany and cost extra in Austria.
- Use one discount source at checkout. A code from another site can replace the cashback click.
