Shopping at Drip Union: UK and Europe delivery, returns and cashback
Drip Union is a UK sportswear and footwear shop stocking brands such as Nike, Under Armour, Berghaus and Saucony. It delivers across the UK and also to Ireland and parts of mainland Europe, but the price and speed change a lot depending on the route. The shipping and refund policies spell out the details, and this guide pulls the useful ones together.
UK delivery
There are two UK services, both run by DPD from Monday to Friday. Standard delivery costs £4.99 shipping and arrives within 2 to 4 working days. It is free when you spend over £100. Next Day delivery also costs £4.99 and brings the parcel in 1 to 2 working days if you order before 3PM. At checkout the shop calculates the best option for your basket and the time of your order, so you see the arrival estimate before you pay.
Delivery to Europe and Ireland
DPD European shipping costs £14.99 and takes 5 to 7 working days. The same fee and time apply to standard delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland. The FAQ says the shop currently ships to the United Kingdom, Ireland and some parts of mainland Europe, and asks you to get in touch if you want a different destination. Which European countries are covered is confirmed at checkout.
International buyers pay any local taxes themselves. Drip Union does not offer prepaid duties, so a parcel to Europe can attract customs charges on arrival. Those amounts are not included in the £14.99 shipping fee.

Returns
You have 14 days from the day the parcel arrives to send things back. Download the returns form from the returns page, print and fill it in, and put it inside the parcel. A handwritten copy is accepted if you have no printer. The shop recommends a tracked service and keeping the proof of postage, because the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches the warehouse.
Items must be brand new, unworn, in the original packaging and with all tags attached, and free from marks, odours or fragrance. Shoes may only be tried on indoors. If a return does not meet these conditions, it is sent back to you at your cost. Once the parcel is in, processing takes 3 to 5 working days and you get a confirmation email. The FAQ adds that banks can take up to 10 working days to show the money.
Delivery charges and refunds
Delivery charges are not refunded. One case catches people out: if your order qualified for free delivery by passing £100 and a return drops the remainder below £100, the original £4.99 shipping fee is deducted from your refund. So think twice before sending back a single item from a basket that only just reached the free shipping limit.
Payment and contact
The shop advertises Klarna and Clearpay, and the checkout shows the full list of methods. Questions go to [email protected]. The team says it replies within 48 hours, and messages sent on a Friday are answered the following Monday at the latest. Orders already picked and packed cannot be changed.
