Baby Lock: US shipping, free delivery from $100 and the 30-day return
Baby Lock builds sewing, embroidery, quilting and serger machines, and babylock.com sells machines, accessories, notions, software and online classes directly. A machine is a heavy parcel and a big purchase, so it pays to know the shipping and return terms first. The shop's pages are short and clear, and they come with one important limit: delivery is for the United States only.
Where Baby Lock ships and how
The shop says it currently ships only within the United States. Every order goes by FedEx unless the shop notes otherwise, and the service is FedEx Ground. FedEx does not deliver on weekends or holidays. If you want parcels at different addresses, place a separate order for each one. Baby Lock also reserves the right to hold an order it suspects of fraud.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more and costs $10.95 on orders under $100. Orders for items in stock ship within 2 business days, but the shop does not guarantee same-day dispatch. After the parcel ships, FedEx Ground delivery is estimated at 2 to 5 business days. The site banner repeats the free shipping offer over $100.
Returns
Baby Lock accepts returns within 30 days from the order date, which is slightly tighter than counting from delivery. Items must come back in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Contact customer service first to get a prepaid return shipping label, since goods returned without contacting the team may not be accepted. To start a return, call 1-800-547-8025, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Central Time.

Payment, price display and retailers
The site advertises financing with Affirm, and the available payment methods show at checkout. If a product on the site has no price, it is not currently sold on babylock.com, and the FAQ points you to a local retailer. The site also has a Find a Retailer link. For machine updates and manuals, each product page and the machine support page carry them.
Online classes and the monthly membership
Besides machines, the site sells access to its SEWED class library. A monthly membership is charged to your payment method automatically on the monthly anniversary of your purchase. You can cancel at any time in your account under Manage Subscriptions, then View/Manage and Unsubscribe, and you may re-subscribe later.
Using cashback
Open the Baby Lock page at daily cashback for the current rate (2.5%), the offers and the date we last checked them. Press the shop button, then order as usual. The cashback shows as open in your free account and becomes confirmed once Baby Lock has reported the order. Returned items are deducted, so a return after a big machine order also removes its cashback.
Practical tips
- If your accessories basket is at $90 to $99, adding a small notion usually costs less than the $10.95 shipping fee.
- Keep the box until you are sure about the machine, as a return needs the original packaging and unused condition.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
