Shipping cost and methods

Shipping charges depend on the delivery type you choose, the weight of the products, the destination and the number of items in the basket. The cart calculates the amount and shows estimated delivery dates once you enter your address. The methods include UPS Ground and USPS Mail, US Air Economy, Express and Expedited, and for abroad US Postal Service International Priority and EMS.

  • Orders to PO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories and APO or FPO military addresses go by USPS regular service only.
  • Delivery to APO and FPO addresses can take weeks.
  • Some parcels require a signature, which the shop cannot know until the parcel is packed and which it does not waive on request.

Ordering from outside the US

For international customers the shop uses US Postal Service International Priority and EMS, with delivery times that vary by country. You are the importer, so you pay import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges, which the shop cannot predict. Customs rules differ widely, and your local customs office can tell you what applies. The customer is also responsible for destination problems such as a wrong address or nobody home to receive the parcel. If a parcel comes back after three failed attempts or a refusal, the return shipping cost is taken from your refund or store credit. Sales tax applies only to shipments to California.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

A wig can only be returned if it is unused, not tried on, not styled, undamaged, free of odours and in the original packaging. Otherwise the shop sends it back to you. Send your return request within 15 days of receiving the order. After approval you get an RMA number with instructions, and the return package has to be postmarked within 5 days of that number. You pay the return shipping. If your order had free shipping, that shipping cost is deducted from the refund or credit.

You can choose an exchange, a refund to the original payment method with no restocking fee, or store credit valid for one year. Items marked No Exchange, No Refunds are final sale. If you return a style and then reorder the same style and colour, the new order is cancelled automatically.
