Frizzlife: shipping to the US and abroad, returns and cashback
Frizzlife sells reverse osmosis systems, under sink filters, countertop filters, refrigerator filters, replacement filters and a few smart home water products. The store at frizzlife.com is the US store, and the site also offers a country and language selector. Before you order a system it helps to know where it ships, what delivery costs, and what the return rules say.
Where Frizzlife ships
The FAQ says the shop offers international shipping to most countries, including the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany and the UK. For a destination that is not on the list you can contact the shop. The country selector at the top of the site shows the United States (USD), Canada (CAD), the United Kingdom (GBP), Germany (EUR) and Europe (EUR), and the language menu offers English, French, Spanish and German.
The US store has one limit. The banner says there is no shipment to outlying areas, including Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii and the Northern Mariana Islands.
Shipping costs
For the USA, shipping is free on orders over $25. Below $25 the shipping charge is $5 per order. For bulk orders over $1000 the shipping depends on factors such as the country and the weight of the products, so email the shop for details. International shipping times and prices depend on the products and the destination and are shown at checkout.
Handling and delivery time
Every order has a handling time before it leaves the warehouse. For most items the shop ships within 24 hours, on the first available business day if it falls on a weekend or holiday. Special handling times are noted in the item description. Standard shipping normally takes 3 to 5 days, and next day shipping is available on domestic orders for an extra charge. If you place several orders on the same day for the same address, they are held and shipped together. To change an address or items, or to cancel, email during the handling time.
Returns and refunds
The return policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days the shop cannot offer a refund or exchange. Items must come back in the condition you received them, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Only regular priced items can be refunded, sale items cannot. Exchanges are possible only if an item is defective or damaged, and for the same item you write to [email protected].
You pay the return shipping, and the cost is deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refunded. For an item over $75 the shop suggests tracked shipping or insurance, because it does not guarantee that it receives the parcel. When the return arrives and has been checked, you get an email that the refund was approved or rejected. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. If it has not appeared, check your bank account, then your card company and your bank, and write to support if it is still missing. Once an order is placed the shop cannot alter or cancel it, so the return process is the way to deal with a wrong choice.

Using cashback
Open the Frizzlife page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 10%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button and order as normal. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Frizzlife has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A code from another site can cancel the cashback, so use the offers shown on the page.
Practical tips
- A single replacement filter can sit just below the free shipping line, so check whether a second filter you need anyway gets you over $25.
- Keep the original packaging until you are sure you keep the system.
- Pause your ad blocker on the shop and finish the order in one visit.
