Nothing is shipped, so the questions that matter before you pay are which plans exist, where the servers are, how many devices one account covers, how you pay and what the money-back guarantee says.
Where you can use it
The service is sold online without a country-specific shop, and the apps connect to servers in many places. According to the server page, FastestVPN offers more than 800 servers in over 49 countries and 100 or more locations, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, Ireland, Canada, Australia, Japan and Singapore. Each country is listed with the protocols it supports: WireGuard, OpenVPN and IKEv2. Whether the VPN is allowed in the country you travel to is up to local rules, so check them yourself.
Plans and devices
The pricing page shows three kinds of plan: a one-month plan, a long plan billed every two years (one year plus one year free) and a lifetime plan. All plans include 10 simultaneous connections, unlimited server switching, a kill switch, P2P optimised servers, a free ad blocker and malware protection, and a free password manager. Apps exist for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS, plus browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Edge and a router option. Optional add-ons are an extra login, a dedicated IP and port forwarding.
