The shipping terms are short and clear: the shop currently supports shipping within Germany only. Shipping cost and delivery time

Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. In the first 14 days the return or exchange is unconditional and needs no reason. From day 15 to day 30 only unopened goods can go back, and opened items are excluded unless there is a quality problem. You need a receipt or proof of purchase.

The shop does not accept parcels sent straight back to the dispatch location without agreement. If you return for your own reasons, you may have to pay the return shipping. If the item arrives damaged or faulty through the shop's fault, you do not. Custom-made and personalised items are not eligible for the 30-day refund.

Using cashback
Open the Fanttik page at daily cashback, where the current rate (6%) is listed next to the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Fanttik has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- Add a delivery address in Germany at checkout. Without one the order cannot go through.
- Keep the packaging closed for the first 14 days if you are not sure, since opened goods are only accepted back in that window.
