Buying hosting at netart.com: billing, withdrawal and cashback
netart.com is the international brand of the NetArt Group, which has sold hosting and domains since 1997. It offers cloud hosting, WordPress hosting, business email, VPS servers, SaaS applications, SSL certificates, CDN, website monitoring and the registration of more than 300 domain extensions. There is no parcel to deliver here. What counts for a buyer abroad is which terms apply, how you pay, how long you are bound and what happens if you change your mind. We read the website and the General Terms and Conditions in October 2026. The terms are long, so we summarize the parts that matter in a first order.
Who can order and in which countries
The shop states that the NetArt Group is active in nearly 100 countries, with data centres in Europe, the Americas and Asia, and that support is available around the clock. It does not publish a list of countries where the service can be bought. Before you fill the cart you choose whether you buy as a consumer or as an entrepreneur, because the site then shows the matching prices. Net prices exclude VAT, gross prices include it. Prices on the page are shown in euros, also in the current domain offers.
Billing periods and payment
Web hosting is available with monthly, quarterly and annual billing, and you pay in advance for the whole period. The default is monthly or quarterly. If you want another period at renewal, you ask customer support. Fees are paid against a pro forma invoice, and if it is not paid by the due date the order assigned to it is cancelled. Paid fees are not split up.
The terms mention payment by bank transfer to the shop's account and automatic payments with a credit or debit card or recurring BLIK payments. There is also an advance account in the customer panel, from which pay-per-use services are billed. Look at the payment step in the cart for the card brands and wallets.
Cancelling and getting money back
- Consumers in the European Union can withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, using the withdrawal form or a plain email sent from the contact address stored in the customer panel.
- If you want the service to start before those 14 days have passed, you declare that wish when ordering.
- Services billed pay-per-use can be ended at any time by stopping the use and sending a notice. The contract then ends on the next business day after the notice arrives.
- Refunds are first booked as an overpayment in the customer panel. You can use it for new invoices or tell the shop where to send the money.
Domains have their own regulations, which are linked on the site. Read them before you register or transfer a domain.

Using cashback
Open the netart.com page at daily cashback (readers in Australia find a page for Australia) to see the current rate (up to 27.5%) and the offers we checked, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed after netart.com has reported the order. If you cancel or get a refund, the amount for that order is reduced.
Practical tips
- Choose consumer or entrepreneur correctly, since the invoice follows that choice.
- A monthly period costs more per month than an annual one, but it keeps you free to leave. Think about how long the project will run.
- Pause your ad blocker and finish the order in one visit to keep the cashback click.
