Anker vs Belkin: Which Brand Is Better?

· 2026-10-07

Anker vs Belkin: Which Brand Is Better? Both make chargers, power banks and cables, so the choice comes down to warranty, returns and what you do before you pay. We recommend Anker: it has a shop page with us, its refund policy lets you send back undamaged products within 30 days, and its warranty chart reaches from 18 months to lifetime on some cables. Belkin counts on a lifetime promise of its own and free shipping from a set order value in its German store. Status October 2026, German-language stores.

Cashback for Anker, not for Belkin

Anker is on our list: Anker at daily cashback (a German-language page). Rates vary by product group, and the table on that page sets out which applies to what you want. The page also carries many voucher codes. Use only codes it names, because a code from elsewhere can put your cashback at risk. Belkin is not on our list, so buying there brings no reward from us, at no extra cost to you.

In your account the order stays open until the store has confirmed it. A return takes the reward away again, which matters for cables or chargers you buy only to try.

Returns at Anker

Anker's policy says undamaged products can go back for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, whatever the reason. Orders of more than 10 units of one product count as bulk and may not be refundable. The refund starts when the parcel reaches the warehouse, and it usually takes 3 to 5 working days. If you return something for a reason other than quality, you carry the shipping, and Anker refunds the price of the product itself. You start the return through your account or with your order number.

Warranty at Anker

Anker publishes a chart. Power banks in the GaNPrime, Prime, Nano and MagGo lines carry 24 months, one PowerCore Reserve line 36 months and other power banks 18. Chargers sit at 24 or 18 months, hubs and adapters at 18, and screen protectors and cases at 12. Several cable lines are listed as lifetime. The chart also says the warranty is limited to the country of purchase, so a device taken abroad is not covered. In a covered case you receive a refurbished model of equal value if one exists, otherwise a new item.

What Belkin states

Belkin guarantees that its products are free of defects in material and workmanship. For a replacement under warranty you fill in an online form, and Belkin says it aims to answer the request within 48 hours. Keep the receipt and send everything that came in the box. Belkin also explains what "lifetime" means in its lifetime warranty: the reasonable lifetime of the product, which it has set at 5 years from the purchase date. The scope depends on the product, so check the page of the item you want.

Belkin offers free shipping from €40 in its German store and tries to ship in-stock items within 24 hours. Customers can talk to support by chat, and the network products have round-the-clock chat.

Paying

Anker lists PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay and Google Pay among its payment options. Belkin shows the available payment methods in its checkout. Your cashback does not depend on how you pay, only on a completed order that you keep.

Who should pick what

Cashback hunters: if you plan to buy a power bank or charger anyway, Anker lets you collect on the order. Compare the final price on the day.

Buyers who value a long promise: Belkin states a lifetime warranty with a 5-year period, and Anker has lifetime cover on some cables. Read the exact line of the product you pick.

Occasional buyers: keep the box and the receipt for either brand. A tidy return or claim is much easier with both.
