Suunto web shop: shipping times, 30-day returns, warranty and cashback

Where the order ships from and how long it takes
Suunto ships from the warehouse closest to the delivery address. According to the shipping page, orders from the United States go out from the US warehouse, orders from Europe from Finland and orders from the Asia-Pacific region from China. The shop quotes 3 to 8 days for delivery, depending on the area, and ships Monday to Friday except on major holidays. Shipping standards also depend on the country, the region and the currency of the order, and promotions can change the shipping rules. The cart shows the shipping charge before you pay.
When the order leaves the warehouse, the invoice is updated and emailed with a tracking number. Suunto recommends delivery to a private address rather than to a carrier office. You may ship to a different address than the billing address.
Changing or cancelling an order
The shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed. If processing has already started, Suunto cannot cancel the order. In that case the shop suggests refusing the parcel at delivery, after which it comes back and the order is refunded. If the order has not shipped yet, contact support to cancel.
Returns and refunds
You can return an item and get a full refund within 30 days of receiving it. The product has to be in its original, undamaged packaging, and a package opened with care does not count as damaged. A promotional gift that came with the order must go back with the product, otherwise its retail value is taken off the refund. Customised products can only be returned if they were not made to your specifications.
- Start the return through the shop's return platform and print the label there.
- Return shipping is free if you send the item back within 30 days of delivery.
- Items cannot be exchanged, only returned for a refund.
The refund is processed automatically once Suunto has received the product, and it reaches you within 2 to 5 working days depending on your payment method. If you get the wrong item, contact customer support, and Suunto collects it and sends the original order.
Warranty
Suunto's International Limited Warranty is valid regardless of the country of purchase. The warranty table gives 2 years for sports watch bodies, dive computers and headphones, and 1 year for batteries, straps and chargers. Keep your proof of purchase for any claim.

Cashback on a Suunto order
Open the Suunto page at daily cashback, where the current rate (3%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback appears as open and becomes confirmed after Suunto has reported the order. If you return the watch, the cashback for it is deducted.
