Shopping at Sedusia: Swiss delivery, returns, cashback
Sedusia is a Swiss online shop for erotic products, run by BS-Lifestyle-GmbH in Oberwil and active since 2012. The first thing international readers need to know: it does not deliver abroad. We read the shipping, returns, payment and FAQ pages on sedusia.ch in October 2026 and collected the facts below.
Where Sedusia delivers
The FAQ answers the question about foreign delivery with a clear no. The shop delivers only within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Collection at the company is not possible either. If you live in Germany, Austria, the UK or the US, you cannot order here, and the shop shows prices in Swiss francs only.
Shipping cost and discreet packaging
Orders worth CHF 50 or more are shipped free with Swiss Post A-Post. For smaller orders the shop charges a shipping share of CHF 8. All parcels go with Swiss Post, and you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that works at post.ch. The packaging is a plain box with no hint of the contents or the shop, and the sender shows as the company name BS-Lifestyle-GmbH.
The expected delivery time is displayed in your basket before you place the order, so the shop does not publish a fixed number of days. Once the parcel has been handed to the post office, the shop has no further influence on delivery.
Payment options
The payment page lists these methods, all without extra fees: invoice, PayPal, Visa and Mastercard, PostFinance and bank transfer in advance. The FAQ also describes TWINT. Invoice purchases are handled by the company CembraPay, which runs a credit check in the background and accepts a maximum order value of CHF 1,000 for this payment type. The invoice is due within 20 days, and you can split it into instalments, with at least 10 percent of the amount paid first and the rest within 60 and 90 days.
Returns and cancellations
Sedusia grants a 30-day right of return. Some products are excluded for hygiene reasons, and the details are in section 3.2 of the terms, so check them before ordering. Returns are only accepted after you have agreed them in writing with customer service ([email protected]). You then get an RMA number that must be visible on the parcel, otherwise the return is refused and sent back at your cost. You pay the return postage yourself, except for warranty claims on defective products, where the shop provides a free label.
Cancelling an order is usually not possible once you have the order confirmation. The exception is advance payment, as long as you have not transferred the money yet.

Cashback
Open the Sedusia page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers we found are listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order, usually after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for it.
Practical tips
- If your basket is slightly under CHF 50, compare the CHF 8 shipping share with the price of one more item.
- Ask before sending anything back. A parcel without an RMA number costs you the postage twice.
- Use one discount source at checkout. A code from another site can replace the cashback click.
