Shopping at Powr-Flite: shipping, returns and cashback
Powr-Flite sells professional cleaning machines: carpet extractors, scrubbers, vacuums, floor machines and the bags, brushes and chemicals that go with them. It is a US shop, and the delivery rules reflect that. This guide covers where it ships, what shipping costs, how returns work and how to get cashback on an order.
Where Powr-Flite delivers
The shipping rates on the shop's page apply to the continental US only. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada cannot check out online: the shop asks them to call 800-880-2913 to place the order. The page names no other countries, so if you live outside North America, contact the shop first, or look for a local distributor through the "Find a Distributor" link in the support menu.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping depends on the order total:
- Orders of $0 to $25: shipping is $5.
- Orders of $26 to $49: shipping is $15.
- Orders of $50 to $99: shipping is $20.
- Orders of $100 to $199: shipping is $25.
- Orders of $200 to $399: shipping is $30.
- Orders of $400 and up: shipping is 8% of the order total.
Heavy and oversized items can carry extra surcharges, and shipments to zip codes 025-026, 100-119 and 200-212 can be charged more by the freight carrier. Express delivery is not offered at checkout, you call for it. Delivery times are not listed on the shipping page, so ask support if you have a date to meet. Sales tax is charged on orders going to Texas, California, New Jersey, Missouri, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Kansas, Washington and Florida.
Returns
You must ask for a Return Authorization Number (RA) before sending anything back, and the goods have to come back within 30 days of the invoice date. A 20% restocking fee applies to returns, and return shipping is paid by the sender. Returned goods must be new, unused and in the original packaging. Dryers and chemicals cannot be returned at all. Damaged or missing items need to be reported within 7 days of receipt.
To start a return, call Product Support on 1-800-880-2913 or write to [email protected]. Put the RA number on the outside of the carton so the credit can be processed quickly.
Payment
The shop takes Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Businesses with an approved credit application can use open account credit on net 30 terms, and checks are possible too: with an approved application, or sent in with the order, which then ships once the check has cleared, usually within 10 days.

Cashback
Open the Powr-Flite page at daily cashback, where the current offers are listed and checked every day, and the cashback rate is 1%. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once Powr-Flite has reported the order. If you return something, the amount for that item is deducted.
Tips before you order
- Compare the shipping tiers: an order just under a limit can cost more in shipping than one slightly above it, so check your basket total.
- Heavy machines can mean freight delivery, so look at the final shipping line in the cart before paying.
- Because of the restocking fee, check the model and accessories against the manual before ordering.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher sites closed, as a later click can replace the first one.
