Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders above $49. Below $49 a fee of $9.95 applies, and the same $9.95 fee applies to all orders shipped outside the USA. The shop also offers tracked shipping for $6.99 as an extra. That makes the $49 limit mostly relevant inside the USA; for orders going abroad the page names no free-shipping threshold.
Delivery time
To keep prices low, most products ship from outside the USA. The shop says that more than ninety-eight out of a hundred orders leave its warehouse within one or two business days. Its own customer survey puts delivery at 10 business days for 80 percent of orders, 15 for 95 percent and 28 for 99 percent. It recommends allowing 10 to 15 business days to the USA and ordering three to four weeks before your pet needs a treatment. Tracking numbers can take up to three days to show up. If an order does not arrive within five weeks the shop offers a full refund or a reship, as long as the address was correct.
Customs, products and prices
According to the FAQ you do not pay tariffs or customs separately; they are covered by the shop, and the FAQ wording is aimed at US customers. All prices are in US dollars, and some card issuers add a foreign transaction fee of 1 to 2 percent because the shop is based outside the US. The shop says it does not sell prescription products, so no prescription is needed at checkout. The pages we read do not list the countries it ships to. Packaging may follow the rules of another market and show sizes in kilograms, with instructions in English.

Returns and refunds
There is a money-back guarantee. Contact customer service by email or phone if you are not satisfied, and a return or exchange is arranged for you. Products have to be in their original packaging and must be returned within 5 business days of receiving the order, so check the invoice against the parcel on arrival. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and shipping charges are not refunded. The guarantee also says every product has at least one year of shelf life.
