Delivery cost in the UK

All orders go out with UPS from Sweden. For orders under £135 the shop charges between £2.90 and £7.90 for shipping, depending on what is in the basket. Above £135 the shipping charge is £9.90. The shop explains the higher fee: importing larger orders into the UK costs more, and it pays duty and import VAT itself, so nothing extra is due on arrival. Bulky items, meaning A2 size or larger or any side of 80 cm or more, are not covered by the lowest price and start at £19.90 for delivery.

Delivery cost in Germany

The German shop lists standard shipping at 8,90 € and free shipping from 95 €. Express shipping costs 19,90 €. Bulky goods again start at 19,90 € for shipping. The banner at the top of the same pages shows different figures (free shipping from 39 €), so check the total at checkout before you pay.

How long does it take?

Pen Store gives 2 to 6 business days with UPS, depending on where you live. You get an email with a tracking number once the parcel is on its way. In most places UPS delivers to the nearest UPS access point, in some places directly to the door.

Returns and payment

You have 14 days from receiving the order to return items, and they must be in their original condition. Members of the free Pen Store Plus programme get 30 days. Contact customer service first, who will explain the next steps. Personalised pens with engraving are excluded. Payment is by Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay in the UK shop; the German shop also lists direct bank transfer through Trustly.

Using cashback
