Shopping at mymuesli: shipping by country, withdrawal and subscription
mymuesli mixes muesli to order and ships it from Passau in Germany. Which price table applies depends on the storefront: there is a German one for several EU countries and a separate Swiss shop with prices in CHF. This guide sets out both, plus the withdrawal rules and how the subscription works.
Shipping by country
All prices on the shipping page include VAT, and parcels leave Passau with DHL. The storefront at www.mymuesli.com lists these countries:
- Germany: shipping 4.90 € under 59 €, free from 59 €
- Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: shipping 5.90 € under 59 €, free from 59 €
Free shipping counts on the order value after discounts are deducted. The Swiss shop at ch.mymuesli.com has its own table with one country, Switzerland, and charges CHF 9.90 shipping below CHF 70. From CHF 70, shipping is free. The shop does not list further countries on either page.
How long it takes
Standard shipping is quoted at 1 to 3 working days. A mix you compose yourself is freshly blended first, so the page gives 3 to 5 working days for it. DHL tracking works with the parcel number and your postcode, and the shop points to parcel lockers as a convenient way to receive the order if nobody is home.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons, counted from the day you receive the goods. For a regular delivery contract the 14 days start with the first delivery. You tell mymuesli by clear statement, for example by email to [email protected], and then send the goods back within 14 days. You pay the direct return costs. The money goes back through the same payment method, and the shop pays within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
Not everything can go back. The right does not cover goods that are not prefabricated and that were made on your individual selection, which is what a personalised mix is. Returns go to the address the shop names on its withdrawal page, in Passau.
The muesli subscription
With a subscription you choose the contents and an interval of 4, 8 or 12 weeks. A subscription discount is already included, so discount codes normally apply to single purchases only. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time in your account. A cancellation should arrive at least one week before the next delivery. Payment is taken with each delivery, not in advance. Limited editions and personal mixes cannot be put on a subscription.
