Mikronis.hr: delivery in Croatia, BOX NOW, warranty and cashback

Mikronis is a Croatian retailer of computers, electronics, gaming gear and small household appliances, with its own stores and the webshop at mikronis.hr. The shop is made for customers in Croatia, and its delivery page is clear about that. This guide covers what you pay, how long it takes and how warranty claims work.

Where Mikronis delivers

Webshop orders and delivery services do not apply to other countries. The shop delivers to addresses in Croatia. Small parcels go to all addresses including the islands, while large parcels go everywhere in Croatia except the islands. If you live outside Croatia, the webshop is therefore not the right route. Small parcels cover items up to 30 kg such as small appliances and computer equipment. Large parcels cover things like washing machines and large TVs.

How long it takes

  • BOX NOW lockers: up to 2 working days for items in stock, up to 5 working days for items to be ordered in.
  • Small parcels by courier (the shop names Hrvatska pošta, Overseas, GLS and City Express): 3 to 5 working days for items in stock, and up to 4 working days for Zagreb and the surrounding area. The most common delivery is the second day after the payment is visible.
  • Large parcels: can take 10 days or more, so ask the sales staff for an exact date.

Goods are delivered to the entrance of the house or building, and the access must be clear.

BOX NOW lockers

Lockers take parcels up to 20 kg in three sizes. You get a PIN by SMS, Viber and email and can collect at any hour. The parcel stays 48 hours, and the system extends the time by another 48 hours if it has not been picked up after 46 hours. Large parcels cannot be collected in a store, only at the central warehouse.

Payment

You can pay by card, KEKS Pay, bank transfer, cash on delivery to the courier, or cash in a store. Instalments without interest or fees from 2 to 12 payments are offered with Visa Premium, Diners, Mastercard ZABA and Visa ZABA cards, and there is a separate instalment option without a credit card through SAVJET KAPITAL. Cash on delivery is not possible for large parcels.

Warranty and returns

Mikronis certifies the warranty sheets issued by the supplier or importer at the time of purchase. Warranty length and terms are printed on the invoice, the product declaration or the importer's pages. A faulty product goes to an authorised service centre, with a copy of the invoice, the warranty sheet, a description of the fault, the documentation and the packaging. You can also hand it in at a Mikronis store, which forwards it. Mikronis itself is an authorised service only for Avenio computers. Arrange any return to the Mikronis address with a sales employee first, because otherwise the shop does not cover the transport costs.

A returned product must be in its original undamaged packaging with all documents and accessories, otherwise the return is not approved. Complaints about service quality go in writing to Mikronis, Nova cesta 166, 10000 Zagreb, or to [email protected], and the shop answers within 15 days. Using cashback

Open the Mikronis page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2.5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback is shown as open and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If a product goes back, the cashback for it is deducted.

Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher sites closed, as a later click can replace the first one.
